#1001. In addition to the site owner, administrators, and members, you can invite team members with the Staff role, who can access the Orders page to verify payments and manage packaging and shipping (see ).#1001 assigned)| Order Status | Meaning and System Behavior |
|---|---|
| Paid | The buyer has completed payment (or claimed a $0 free product), and the funds have entered the payment settlement process. Digital products are now available for access; physical products can be prepared for shipment. |
| Partially Refunded | You (or the payment processor) have refunded a portion of the order amount or specific items. This order is still counted in total sales, and the net sales figure will be adjusted to exclude the refunded amount. |
| Refunded | The entire order has been fully refunded. The system will automatically revoke access to digital content, restore the buyer's purchase limits and promotion usage counts, and attempt to cancel any unshipped logistics orders. |
| Disputed | The buyer has filed a chargeback with their issuing bank or payment institution. The order will be automatically locked and displayed in the "Pending" section of the store overview. Please prepare supporting evidence according to and do not manually refund the order until the case is closed. |
| Payment Revoked | After the buyer's initial card authorization was successful, the issuing bank or payment processor reported a failure in 3DS verification or settlement. The system will automatically deduct this from sales statistics and cancel any unshipped logistics orders. |
| Record Status | Meaning and System Behavior |
|---|---|
| Pending Payment | The buyer selected ATM transfer or convenience store payment and has received the payment account/code, which is still within the payment deadline. The list will display the remaining days (e.g., 3 days left), and the buyer's purchase limits are temporarily reserved. Once payment is completed, the order will automatically transition to "Paid" (it is not included in revenue or CSV exports until payment is confirmed). |
| Record Status | Meaning and Data Protection Mechanism |
|---|---|
| Payment Not Submitted | The buyer entered a valid email on the checkout page (passing disposable email and anti-spam checks) but left the page without clicking "Complete Order". The system will mark this as abandoned after 24 hours and automatically anonymize the buyer's personal data after 30 days (permanently deleted after 180 days). |
| Payment Incomplete | The buyer clicked "Complete Order" and was redirected to an external payment gateway or mobile payment page, but closed the window before completing authorization (and no ATM/convenience store payment info was generated). |
| Expired | The payment deadline for the ATM transfer or convenience store code has passed without payment. The system has automatically closed the checkout and released the purchase limits. |
| Payment Failed | The buyer's card payment was declined or authorization failed by the issuing bank. |
When an order contains physical products, the order list and detail panel display the current Shipping Status. Whether you use self-shipping or an integrated carrier, the status progresses through the following stages:
| Stage | Shipping Status Label | Meaning and Next Steps for Seller |
|---|---|---|
| Before Shipment | Pending Shipment | The order payment is complete, but there is no logistics tracking number (applies to in-person pickup, store pickup, custom delivery, or when the logistics order is being generated by the payment gateway). Please prepare the package and click "Mark as Shipped" or "Re-fetch Number". |
| Before Shipment | Logistics Order Created | The system or payment page has successfully created a logistics order (e.g., obtained a UNi logistics sequence number or ezShip store-to-store code), but you have not yet printed the shipping label or dropped off the package at the convenience store. |
| Before Shipment | Tracking Number Generated | You have clicked "Print Shipping Label" in the dashboard and obtained an official carrier tracking number (e.g., 7-ELEVEN delivery code or 12-digit Black Cat tracking number). The package is ready for drop-off or scheduled pickup. |
| In Transit | In Transit | The package has been handed over to the convenience store or courier (or you have manually clicked "Mark as Shipped"). The system has automatically sent a "Shipping Notification" email to the buyer. |
| In Transit | Ready for Pickup | The convenience store pickup package has arrived at the designated store and is waiting for the buyer to collect it within the storage period (usually 7 days). |
