SHOPLINE Payments is a versatile payment provider designed specifically for online stores in Taiwan (available only for stores with a "Business Location" set to Taiwan TW and "Store Currency" set to New Taiwan Dollar TWD). You can complete the application, including document uploads, directly within your Kanorio dashboard—no API keys required.
SHOPLINE Payments is highly favored by digital creators, online course instructors, and high-ticket brands for its three key advantages:
Can I use SHOPLINE Payments if I sell physical goods? Yes! For physical goods, you can pair SHOPLINE Payments with logistics options that don't require integrated payment gateways, such as FamilyMart Pickup and Hi-Life Pickup (via ezShip), as well as in-person delivery, store pickup, or custom shipping methods. (If you must use 7-ELEVEN or Black Cat Delivery systems for label printing, please use PAYUNi Unified Payment instead. You can apply for both and switch between them at any time in "Payment Settings".)
Uploaded documents must be in JPG, PNG, or PDF format, with a file size between 100 KB and 10 MB (ensure all four corners are visible, text is clear, and there is no glare):
| Account Type | Required Documents and Files |
|---|---|
| Individual | 1. Clear color photo of the applicant's National ID (front and back) (including date of issue, place of issue, and type of issuance).; 2. Contact phone number, email, registered address, and basic store information. |

| Mobile Payment | LINE Pay | 3.0% | Disabled by default (can be enabled after approval) | No need to apply for a separate LINE Pay merchant account. If you have also enabled direct LINE Pay (2.31%), the checkout page will automatically prioritize the direct integration and will not display both. |

Why is "JKOPAY" shown as unavailable? Currently, the SHOPLINE Payments platform split-payment interface does not support JKOPAY. If you wish to offer JKOPAY at checkout, please integrate it separately via Accepting Payments with JKOPAY. It can be displayed alongside SHOPLINE Payments on your checkout page!
≈; actual settlement amounts are based on SHOPLINE Payments statements. See Platform Fees and Payment Processing Fees.Yes! Many sellers in Taiwan apply for both. You can use one as your primary payment method and keep the other in the "Disabled" section of "Payment Settings" as a backup, switching between them whenever needed. See Payment Methods and Gateway Management.
If you have already enabled a direct LINE Pay integration, the system will automatically prioritize the direct integration (which has a lower rate of 2.31%) to avoid confusing customers with two identical LINE Pay options. If you prefer to use the LINE Pay built into SHOPLINE Payments (3.0%, with payouts handled by SHOPLINE alongside credit cards), simply drag the direct LINE Pay integration to "Disabled" in your Payment Settings.
