After clicking pay, they will be redirected to the PAYUNi page (buyers selecting 7-11 will open an electronic map on that page to select their pickup store and complete the card payment or obtain a code). This means you may have used the same phone number or email to register another account with PAYUNi in the past. Please use a different contact email/phone number that has not been registered with PAYUNi, or contact Kanorio support to assist you in linking your existing store.
