From its public information, ecommerce can cover large catalogs, multi-channel sales, inventory, abandoned-cart recovery, and customer accounts. There is also booking, lead and invoicing flows, email marketing, social and ads management, a unified inbox, and the Wix Owner App on mobile. Template volume and the App Market are far more complete than a younger service.

On infrastructure, Wix publicly stresses multi-cloud hosting, enterprise-grade security, and a 99.99% uptime commitment. Kanorio runs on professional cloud and CDN infrastructure and keeps strengthening reliability and security, but as a younger service it does not yet publish an Uptime SLA at Wix’s level - we are not going to dodge that.

If ecommerce, booking, and marketing automation already run smoothly on Wix, you usually do not need to move just to switch tools. Kanorio is a better fit when you want a brand website quickly, a short learning curve, and simpler pricing to grow content and presence over time.
