ezPay Electronic Invoicing is an electronic invoicing value-added service platform under the NewebPay Group in Taiwan (applicable to stores with a "Business Location" in Taiwan TW and "Store Currency" in New Taiwan Dollar TWD).
In Kanorio, the integration with ezPay electronic invoicing is independent of your payment gateway: regardless of whether your customers pay via PAYUNi, SHOPLINE Payments, LINE Pay, or JKO Pay, the system will automatically call the ezPay interface to complete invoice issuance, cancellation, or allowance upon successful payment or refund.
Many merchants encounter the issue where "the credential connection test passes, but the first invoice fails to issue" when integrating ezPay. Before returning to Kanorio to enter your keys, please ensure you have completed the following 3 steps in the ezPay Electronic Invoicing Platform:
Why does the connection test pass, but issuance fails (Error Code
INV90005)? The ezPay "Query API (used for connection testing)" does not check contract status, but the "Issuance API" strictly verifies whether you have applied for a fee plan. If this step is not completed, the system will returnINV90005 (Contract not effective or expired)during actual issuance.
