Online Store
Kanorio's Online Store lets you sell digital content or accept donations directly on your brand website. You can create products, set prices, place them on pages, and let buyers complete purchases through trusted payment services.
You don't need to write code or build your own checkout pages. Products and orders are managed by Kanorio, and payment details are securely handled by the payment service. Kanorio never touches your transaction funds—buyers pay, and the payment service directly deposits funds into your account according to their rules.
Currently, the Online Store is suitable for selling digital content like PDFs, audio files, and videos, as well as fixed-amount or custom-amount donations. It does not support physical product inventory, shipping, logistics, or multi-item shopping carts.

How is this section different from others?
"Building Your Website" explains how to add pages, modules, and brand content; this section focuses on the complete process of selling digital products, from payment to delivery. If you only want to add an external store, booking page, or form to your site, please read Connecting Social Media and Third-Party Tools.
"Subscriptions and Billing" handles your Kanorio plan invoices; this section deals with payments, orders, and refunds when your buyers purchase products or make donations to you. The recipients and processes for these two types of payments differ, so choose articles based on your needs.
A Few Things Before You Start
- Please confirm you are selling digital content or accepting donations. Kanorio does not currently handle physical inventory, shipping, logistics, or multi-item carts.
- Clearly define your product descriptions, pricing, refund policies, and contact information before going public. These details can reduce buyer concerns and future disputes.
- Payment service providers may require verification of your identity, bank, or business information. Do not promise buyers immediate payment before verification is complete.
- Kanorio platform fees, payment processing fees, and tax liabilities are separate matters. Understand them all before you start selling.
From Store Setup to Your First Sale
1. Prepare Your Products and Sales Page
First, decide what content you'll offer, how much it will cost, and how buyers will access it after payment. Clear product descriptions, refund policies, and contact information will give buyers confidence and minimize future disputes.
2. Choose Your Payment Method
A payment service (in simple terms, a service that securely collects and disburses funds for you) will handle online payments. Kanorio recommends Stripe Connect by default, which works in many countries and supports international credit cards and multi-currency payments. If you operate in Taiwan, you can also choose local payment services like PAYUNi, offering options like ATM transfers, convenience store payments, and other commonly used Taiwanese payment methods.

3. Create Products and Pricing Plans
In the backend, go to "Store → Products" to create your product name, description, cover image, fixed pricing plans, or custom amounts, then add the digital content buyers will receive.

4. Add Products to Your Public Website
Use the product sales module to place your products on your homepage or a dedicated sales page. Once visitors see the plans, prices, and buy buttons, they can proceed to checkout.

5. Manage Orders, Refunds, and Buyer Content
After successful payment, you can view orders and customers in the backend. Buyers can access their purchased content under "My Purchases." If you need to process refunds or disputes, start from the relevant store pages.
Who is this for?
- Creators: Selling e-books, templates, audio files, videos, or downloadable resources.
- Educators and Instructors: Offering course materials, handouts, or supplementary files.
- Brands and Freelancers: Extending services with digital resource packs, toolkits, or exclusive content.
- Community Managers: Accepting fixed-amount or custom-amount donations.
Payment Methods and Future Plans
Kanorio recommends Stripe Connect as the primary payment method, supporting multiple countries, international credit cards, and multiple currencies. If you operate in Taiwan, you can also opt for local payment services like PAYUNi. Each payment method has separate articles detailing its application, approval process, and fees. Currently, each website can be set up with one payment account. Future plans include supporting integrated payment services and direct connections with mobile wallets (like LINE Pay) concurrently, but this is not yet available.
