When your store's "Business Location" is set to Taiwan (TW), you can enable Hi-Life store pickup (Hi-Life store-to-store) for over 1,300 locations via the ezShip logistics channel.
| Item | Hi-Life Store-to-Store (ezShip Taiwan) Guidelines |
|---|---|
| Temperature & Region Support | Supports "Room Temperature" only; limited to Taiwan main island stores (no service for offshore islands). |
| Size & Weight Limits | Sum of length + width + height (\le) 105 cm, longest side (\le) 45 cm, weight (\le) 5 kg. |
| Payment & Shipping Fees | • Buyer Checkout: Uses "Prepaid (No payment upon pickup)"; buyers complete payment online.;• Seller Shipping: When you drop off the package at a Hi-Life store, pay the NT$60/package shipping fee at the counter. |
| Same-System Shipping Principle (Important!) | If the buyer selects Hi-Life for pickup, you must drop off the package at a "Hi-Life store" (do not take it to FamilyMart; the two logistics systems are not interchangeable). |
| Insurance & Liability Limit | The compensation limit for ezShip standard member store-to-store shipping is NT$2,000 (including shipping fee) per package. |
Go to "Store › Products", open your physical product, check "Hi-Life" under "Available Shipping Methods," set the "Items per box" limit, and save. It will take effect immediately at checkout.
Once a buyer selects a Hi-Life store and completes payment, the system automatically creates a logistics order with ezShip and generates a Store-to-Store Number:
In Transit → Arrived at Store → Delivered).Yes! Although the system enables both FamilyMart and Hi-Life when you enter your ezShip account, you can simply open the "Shipping Management" panel in the top right, drag "Hi-Life" to the "Disabled" section, and save (or simply don't check Hi-Life on your products). Buyers will only see FamilyMart at checkout, and you won't need to visit Hi-Life stores.
Because the available channels in the ezShip map are controlled globally by your "Map Settings" in the ezShip dashboard. If a buyer selects "Hi-Life" at checkout but accidentally selects a FamilyMart store on the map, Kanorio will automatically compare the store codes (TFM for FamilyMart vs TLF for Hi-Life) upon receiving the map data, block the selection, and prompt the buyer to choose the correct store, preventing invalid orders.
