Subscriptions & Payments
Kanorio's paid plans apply to websites, not your entire account. In simple terms, if you manage two websites with the same account, you can keep one on the free plan and upgrade the other to Kanorio Pro or Kanorio Business.
You can view your current website's subscription, change plans, manage payment methods, and see invoices in the Billing section. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, a dedicated online payment service provider. Kanorio does not store your full card number.

How is this section different from others?
This section covers the process of "subscribing and paying Kanorio," including plans, billing, invoices, and payment methods. If you sell digital products on your website and need to collect payments from buyers, manage orders, or process refunds, please go to Online Store.
"Getting Started" and "Build Your Website" help you create, edit, and publish your website. This section is only for when you need paid features or need to manage an existing subscription. For information on custom domains, public pages, and other plan features, please refer to Choose the Right Plan first.
A quick reminder before you start
- Before subscribing, ensure you have selected the correct website in your dashboard. Subscription benefits do not automatically apply to other websites under the same account.
- Actual available plans, prices, currencies, and annual payment options are subject to what is displayed in "Billing" and Stripe Checkout.
- Kanorio customer support will never ask you to provide your full card number, CVC, or one-time verification code via chat, email, or message.
- Canceling a subscription typically stops the next automatic renewal. For benefits during the paid period and subsequent effects, please read the cancellation instructions before proceeding.
How Kanorio Bills You
Each website chooses its own plan
Plan benefits are tied to the website and do not automatically apply to other websites under the same account. For example, a portfolio website can use the Free plan, while a store website can subscribe to Kanorio Pro or Kanorio Business.
Choose between monthly or annual payments
Monthly payments renew automatically each month. Annual payments require you to pay for a full year upfront. When the annual option is available, the annual fee is typically equivalent to 10 months of the monthly fee. Actual prices, available plans, and discounts are subject to what is displayed in the Billing section and on the Stripe Checkout page.
Payment currency is fixed after the first payment
Kanorio supports New Taiwan Dollar, Hong Kong Dollar, Japanese Yen, South Korean Won, Singapore Dollar, Euro, British Pound, and US Dollar. The system selects an available currency based on your situation when you first subscribe. After completing your first payment, your billing will remain in the same currency, even if you travel abroad or use a VPN.
Payment information is handled by Stripe
You will enter your card details and other payment information on Stripe Checkout. You can later manage your payment methods and billing details through the Stripe Customer Portal. To learn how to identify legitimate payment pages and why support staff won't ask for your card number or CVC (the security code on the back of your card), please read Payment Security.
