Every person who checks out on your website, fills out a form, or is imported by you becomes a "Contact" in your dashboard. When they need to check order history, download purchased digital products, or access online courses, they don't need to remember a password or register for a Kanorio account. They simply add /account to the end of your brand website URL, enter their email, and use the verification code to log in to the "Customer Center."
/account/login./account):
Customer login for order tracking and accessing purchased content is free on all plans (including Free). Plan differences only apply to whether the header login entry is displayed and whether unregistered visitors are allowed to sign up:
| Feature | Free (No $0 free products) | Pro / Business (Or $0 free products published) |
|---|---|---|
Purchased customers log in via post-purchase page / order email /account | Supported | Supported |
| Show "Log in" icon in website header navigation | Hidden (Logged-in users will still see "My Account") | Toggleable (Enabled by default if digital products or courses exist) |
| Allow non-purchased visitors to sign up via email | Only existing contacts receive verification codes | Toggleable (Ideal for free trial lessons, lead magnets, etc.) |
| Verification email sender name and address | {Your Store Name} <login@shops.kanorio.com> | After verifying your custom sending domain: {Sender Name} <login@yourdomain.com> |
Automatic email setup for Kanorio-managed domains: If your website is on the Pro plan or higher and your custom primary domain is managed by Kanorio (purchased via our platform or using Kanorio Nameservers), the system will automatically configure your sending domain (SPF/DKIM) once the domain is active. Verification emails will then be sent directly from your domain.
Go to "Customers › Contacts" in your dashboard and click "⋯ › Customer Login Settings" on the right side of the toolbar to adjust the following:
/account/login (the system will automatically add them to your contact list, marked with the source "Customer Login").In addition to automatic access via checkout, you can manually grant access for scenarios like bank transfers, corporate bulk purchases, complimentary access, or permission adjustments:
If a contact reports a lost device or suspects unauthorized account use, go to their details panel, switch to the "Login" tab to view recent login activity and active devices, and click "Log out of all devices."
To protect buyer privacy and prevent bad actors from testing whether an email address has made a purchase in your store, the screen displays the same message for all emails. However, if "Allow unregistered visitors to sign up" is disabled, the system will only actually send a verification email to addresses already in your contact list.
No. When a buyer checks out, their email is automatically added to your contact list and linked to that order. They can simply enter the same email at /account/login to receive a verification code and view all historical orders and purchased digital content.
Manual and bulk access granting only establishes access within the system; it does not automatically send a notification email. Once granted, you can instruct students to visit your website at /account and log in using their email.
