Many people think that SEO (Search Engine Optimization) requires coding skills or complex algorithms. In reality, for search engines and AI tools, good SEO boils down to two things:
This guide covers what the system handles for you, how the six tabs in the SEO center work, and provides a three-stage checklist to follow from building your site to going live.
Once your website is published, the system automatically maintains the following technical settings in the background—no plugins required:
| Technical Item | What does this mean in plain English? | What Kanorio does for you automatically |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Server-side rendering & Global CDN | The first full response received by search engines and visitors | The server sends a complete webpage including titles, content, breadcrumbs, and structured data (no need to wait for browser-side execution). It also uses Cloudflare global edge nodes for caching and serves images based on screen size (see ) |
**2. Automatic Sitemap (sitemap.xml) | The public directory for search engines | Automatically maintains the /sitemap.xml file within seconds of updates to pages, blog posts, or products, while excluding unpublished, hidden, or no-index pages |
**3. Crawler directives (robots.txt) | The gatekeeper for search engine bots | Automatically guides Google and Bing to crawl public pages while blocking private checkout paths and resource-heavy third-party scrapers |
| 4. Canonical tags | Telling search engines which URL is the original | Automatically tags every page with its canonical URL to prevent duplicate content issues and ranking dilution caused by tracking parameters (e.g., ?utm_source=...) |
**5. Structured Data (Schema.org) |
From the "Content" group on the left sidebar, click "SEO". There are six tabs at the top. It is recommended to understand the role of each:
| Page | URL | When to visit |
|---|---|---|
| Overview | /seo | After connecting Google Search Console, visit here to view impressions, clicks, keywords, search insights (see ), and indexing status (see ) |
| Health Check | /seo/health | After publishing or updating your site, visit here for a 0–100 health score, view AI consultant suggestions, or click 'Fix all with AI' to instantly fill in missing titles, descriptions, and ALT text (see ) |
| Site Speed | /seo/speed | Check mobile loading speeds, Google Page Experience scores, and individual page performance to identify large images or embedded content that need optimization (see ) |
| Pages | /seo/pages | View and filter SEO settings for your homepage, standard pages, blog posts/categories/tags/authors, and store products in one list, then edit directly via the panel (see ) |
| Structure | /seo/structure | Get a bird's-eye view of your site hierarchy, module composition, and visibility status via a visual sitemap, or add subpages and adjust levels directly (see ) |
Why are the numbers different between "SEO › Overview" and "Analytics"? They track different stages of the visitor journey: "SEO › Overview" shows how many times visitors saw you and clicked through on Google search results (data from Google Search Console); "Analytics" tracks visitor browsing and interactions after they arrive on your site from all channels (including search, social media, and direct traffic).
You don't need to memorize everything at once. Simply follow these three stages as you build your site:
Technical foundations (secure connections, Sitemaps, structured data, auto-generated sharing images, and image compression) are handled automatically. However, "what your brand specializes in, which regions you serve, and what questions each page answers" still needs to be communicated through your content and meta descriptions. Completing the "Connect to Google" and "AI Health Check" in Stage 2 will get your foundation set with minimal effort.
Your live site is updated immediately after saving SEO settings in the Kanorio dashboard. However, Google needs to send crawlers to revisit your pages before updating the snapshots in search results. It is normal for new sites or updated text to take several days to a few weeks to reflect in search results.
No. As long as there are no "Critical" red-level issues (such as disabling site-wide indexing or setting important pages to no-index), search engines can index your site normally. The health score is a tool to help you identify opportunities to make your titles more compelling and your content more complete.
| The 'nutrition label' for search engines |
| Automatically generates standard JSON-LD based on your site industry, business address, phone number, and page-specific content like FAQs, pricing, videos, and articles |
| 6. Automatic social sharing cards | The preview image when sharing links on LINE/FB | Automatically generates a 1200 × 630 px preview image based on the page title and your brand colors if no custom image is uploaded (does not consume media library storage) |
| 7. Auto-generated image ALT text | Descriptive text for search engines and screen readers | After publishing a site, post, or product, the system automatically generates ALT text for images based on surrounding content (uses 1 AI credit per call; skips if credits are low, never blocks publishing, and never overwrites your manual text) |
**8. IndexNow & llms.txt | Real-time notification and AI-specific documentation | Automatically notifies Bing, Naver, and Yandex via IndexNow within minutes of page updates; also generates /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt for AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity to read |
| Settings | /seo/settings | Configure homepage SEO and sharing appearance, subpage title templates, site-wide keywords, global indexing toggles, Google Search Console connection, and advanced rule files (see and ) |
