As your website pages, blog posts, and products grow, it becomes difficult to manually check every page for missing meta descriptions, duplicate titles, or missing image alt text.
“SEO › Health Check” acts as your dedicated SEO consultant: it automatically scans your entire site for 35 key metrics, explains in plain language “why it matters,” and suggests “how to fix it.” For text and image descriptions that AI can handle, you can simply click “Fix all with AI.” The system will automatically generate and apply these updates in the background, and you can revert any changes within 7 days.
Open “SEO › Health Check,” and the top three cards will display your current “SEO Health Score,” “Pages with critical issues,” and “Pages to optimize”:
Every time you publish your site, run “Fix all with AI,” or complete a “Revert,” the system automatically re-runs the health check. You can also click “Re-check” in the top right to update manually (once per hour per site, no AI credits consumed; if Google Search Console is linked, it will prioritize checking the latest status of unindexed pages with Google).
Tasks are sorted by urgency. Click any page in the list, and a panel will slide out from the right. Your AI Consultant will combine your brand positioning and target audience to explain “why it matters” and “recommended actions” (viewing AI advice is free and does not consume AI credits; each site can automatically generate up to 100 pages of exclusive advice per day):
| Level | UI Indicator | Meaning | Common Checks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Critical | Red "Critical" badge | Directly prevents search engine indexing or confuses search engines; prioritize these issues. | Website is not published or site-wide indexing is disabled; important public pages are set to noindex; multiple pages have identical search titles; Google Search Console reports crawl errors (e.g., 404). |
| General | Number of pending items | Affects search ranking competitiveness and click-through rates. | Search titles not customized, missing descriptions, or titles that are too long, too short, or duplicated; URL paths are too long, canonical URLs point to external sites, or excessive redirect chains; pages have too little text, missing or multiple H1 tags, multiple pages competing for the same primary keyword, or pages with no internal links (orphan pages); images missing ALT text, images over 1.5 MB, or slow mobile loading; custom domain not bound, Google not connected, site icon not set, physical business missing address/phone, or products missing descriptions/images/categories. |
| Tip | Gray "Tip" badge | Opportunities for content refinement and keyword optimization (does not affect health score; collapsed under "Other Tips" at the bottom of the panel). | Sub-page search titles only contain the website name; primary keywords missing from titles or the first paragraph; image descriptions lack meaning (e.g., IMG_1234.jpg, numbers, "image", or duplicate site names); paragraphs or sentences are too long, or long-form content lacks H2/H3 subheadings; brand core services lack corresponding keyword pages; set keywords have 0 impressions recently, or potential search terms that have already generated impressions are identified. |
Instead of manually rewriting “Missing search titles,” “Missing meta descriptions,” “Duplicate/too long/too short titles,” or “Missing image alt text” for every page, you can let AI handle it in the background.
AI fixes cover general pages, product detail pages, and published blog posts (categories, tags, and product categories must be edited in their respective panels):
DSC_001, photo, or duplicate text) with specific descriptions based on the module, context, and product information (covering page module images, site-wide images, blog images, and product display images). After fixes are applied, the “AI Fix Results” card at the bottom lists all items completed in the last 7 days with two layers of protection:
Kanorio will never force low-quality AI text onto your live site. After AI generates titles and descriptions, the system checks them against the same Google pixel-width standards used in the health check (if a description is slightly too long, the system automatically trims it at the last punctuation mark):
No. When you start an AI fix, the first step of the background process is to automatically run a fresh health check to ensure you are only billed for items that are currently missing.
Issues like "Connecting a custom domain," "Linking Google Search Console," "Setting pages to indexable," or "Adding FAQs and pricing to service pages" involve business decisions and factual information. AI will not hide pages or fabricate business terms. For these items, click the panel and use the "Go to Settings" or "Add Module" buttons to handle them directly.
