If the "Overview" dashboard is for checking how many visitors your store receives, then "Analytics › Page and Conversion" is designed to help you see clearly: Which page do visitors spend the most time on? Do they scroll to the bottom? Which buttons do they click? And where do they go after landing on your site?
The "Visitor Page Details" list at the top displays the performance of every content page on your site during the selected period. Click any row to open the details panel on the right:
Why is the "Checkout Page (/checkout)" not listed here? The checkout page is a transit point in the purchasing process. To avoid cluttering your content page rankings, the system automatically includes checkout steps in the 5-step purchase conversion funnel in "Store › Overview".
Will historical data be lost if I change a page URL (Slug) or title? Absolutely not! Kanorio uses a stable page ID (
pageId) to bind data, not the URL text. Even if you rename/servicesto/our-servicesfor SEO or update an article title, your accumulated views, duration, and conversion data will seamlessly continue on the same page.
| Metric | Definition & Calculation | Key Insights |
|---|---|---|
| Pageviews | The total number of times this page was opened (repeated refreshes within 30 minutes are counted as 1). | Identify your most popular pages and those that are underperforming. |
| Visitors | The number of unique visitors who viewed this page. | Compare "Pageviews ÷ Visitors": If significantly higher than 1, it means the same visitor is returning to this page multiple times in one day (common for pricing or plan comparison pages). |
| Entry | The number of sessions that started on this page. | The page with the highest entry count is your Landing Page—it defines the first impression for new visitors. |
| Bounce Rate | The percentage of visitors who viewed only this page and left without visiting any other pages (Bounces ÷ Entries). | High bounce rates are normal for single-page event or contact pages; however, if your "Homepage" or "Blog post" has a bounce rate over 70% with no button clicks, your hero section isn't engaging visitors. |
| Avg Engagement | The average number of seconds visitors spend on this page while the browser tab is in the foreground and active (weighted average by daily traffic). | Time spent on inactive background tabs is excluded! This is genuine reading time (generally > 30 seconds for standard pages, > 60 seconds for blog posts indicates deep reading). |
| CTA (Custom Button Clicks) | The total number of times visitors clicked content module buttons (e.g., "Book Now," "Download Brochure"). | Measures the page's ability to convert readers into active participants. |
| Form Submits | The number of times visitors successfully submitted a Kanorio native Online Form on this page (spam submissions are automatically excluded). | Directly reflects lead collection performance! To view the 3-step conversion funnel (View → Start Filling → Submit) for each form, go to the "Marketing › Online Forms" response page. |
Click any row in the "Visitor Page Details" list to slide out the "Page Details" panel. In addition to the metrics above and "Brand URL Click Counts," it provides two deep-dive diagnostics:
Visualizes how many visitors actually scrolled to the 25%, 50%, 75%, and bottom (100%) of the page:
Lists which pages visitors clicked on after viewing this page, including frequency and percentage. This helps you verify if your internal links are effective.
Two site-wide click leaderboards are displayed in the middle of the page:
Book Now · Image & Text, View Plans · Card Grid & Carousel), so you can identify which blocks are driving the most action.Traditional analytics tools often display confusing path strings (e.g., Home → About Us). For Landing Pages, where visitors don't navigate between pages, traditional flow maps are often blank.
Kanorio features a dual-column "Visitor Entry Flow" card at the bottom, using a simple "1 → 2" step process to show where visitors go after landing:
Lists the top 5 entry pages (showing title, URL, entry count, and percentage). Click any page to see the three divergent paths in the right column:
| Observation | Likely Cause | Recommended Action |
|---|---|---|
| "Improve Hero Section" (Bounce Rate ≥ 70%) with 0 button clicks | Search or ads brought visitors in, but the hero section (first impression) doesn't match their expectations or they don't know where to click next. | Open the page editor: ① Update the main headline to clearly state "who you help and what problem you solve"; ② Add a prominent primary CTA button in the hero section. |
| High pageviews and scroll depth (75%), but 0 CTA/Form submits | The content is engaging (e.g., a popular blog tutorial), but there is no "next step" for the reader after finishing. | Add "Read More/Related Services" buttons in the middle (approx. 75% mark) and at the end of the post, or embed an Online Form for subscriptions or resource downloads. |
| High button clicks, but low form submission rates | Visitors are interested enough to click through to the form, but abandon it due to too many questions or tedious required fields. | Go to "Marketing › Online Forms" to view the 3-step funnel (View → Start Filling → Submit) and simplify non-essential fields. |
| No traffic from Homepage to "Key Service/Product Pages" | The page is buried too deep in the navigation, and the homepage isn't giving it enough exposure. | Move the page up in the Header Navigation and add a "Card Grid" or "Product Showcase" module in the middle of your homepage to link directly to it. |
There is no universal industry standard; it depends on the page purpose:
This happens in two cases: First, the page was deleted in the editor, but historical data remains within the selected period. Second, in rare cases, old events lack a page ID; the system groups these separately to avoid polluting your current data.
