The "Wallet" is a cross-site credit account linked to your personal account. It centralizes the referral commissions, service compensation, and promotional credits you earn on Kanorio.
As long as you have a balance in your wallet, eligible bills for all websites under your account will be automatically deducted from your wallet first. Your credit card will only be charged for the remaining balance, so there is no need to manually select it every time!
You can click your avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard at any time and go to "Account Settings › Wallet" to view your total available credit, upcoming expiration reminders, and a complete history of every deposit and deduction.
| Credit Source | Description | Validity |

| Service Compensation | Credits issued by Kanorio due to platform service disruptions or specific circumstances. | As indicated at issuance (typically 90 days) |
| Promotional Credits | Credits provided through official marketing campaigns or partnership programs. | As specified in the campaign details |

Every deposit has an independently tracked expiration date. If any credit is set to expire within 7 days, the system will send you an email notification and alert you in your dashboard inbox.

When you have multiple credits from different sources in your wallet, the system automatically applies them to your bills in the following order to maximize your benefits:
When a bill is paid using wallet credit, the invoice detail will clearly list a negative line item for Kanorio wallet credit. For consolidated billing, the system will sum up all eligible items on the entire bill before applying the wallet credit in one go:
| Invoice Item (Example) | Amount |
|---|---|
| Pro Plan (Monthly Renewal) | NT$290 |
| Email Sending Credits Add-on (2 units) | NT$50 |
| Online Store Monthly Platform Fee | NT$60 |
| Kanorio wallet credit | -NT$300 |
| Actual Amount Charged to Credit Card | NT$100 |
Kanorio wallet credit on your invoice reflects the actual converted amount. For general users, wallet balances are intended solely for automatically offsetting your own Kanorio bills and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
If you are a creator who consistently manages a community, blog, YouTube channel, or courses and have been approved as a , the "Referral Commissions" you earn will be eligible for payout to your bank account (in this mode, referral commissions are reserved for payout and will no longer be automatically applied to bills; service compensation and promotional credits remain for bill offsetting only).
To prevent expiring compensation or promotional credits from being wasted, the system automatically prioritizes wallet deductions for all bills, except those using first-purchase referral codes or educational discounts. Manual disabling of individual deductions is currently not supported.
Because custom domains (e.g., .com, .tw) are independent external assets purchased and renewed directly through international domain registries, the pass-through costs are not included in Kanorio platform plans and service fees. Therefore, wallet credits cannot be used to offset these costs.
Referral commissions are calculated based on the "actual net invoice amount paid" by the referred friend. If a friend requests a refund or initiates a credit card chargeback after the commission has been settled and transferred to your wallet, the system will automatically deduct the commission proportionally and send you a notification. If the deducted amount exceeds your current wallet balance, future incoming commissions will be used to cover the difference.
