Choosing the Right Plan

About 9 min

Kanorio offers three plans: Free, Kanorio Pro, and Kanorio Business. The most important thing is not to choose the highest-tier plan from the start, but to first determine what you aim to achieve right now.

You can start by using the Free plan to create a website, familiarize yourself with the editor, and publish your homepage. You can then upgrade when your website requires its own domain, more public pages, advanced marketing features, or lower store transaction fees.

Please note: Plans apply to websites, not to the entire account. If you have multiple websites, each website can select a different plan based on its specific purpose.

"No Fixed Limit" means that the plan benefits do not have a set upper limit for public modules or pages; actual usage must still comply with the terms of service and website content guidelines.

Free Plan: Create Your First Shareable Website

The Free plan is suitable for those just starting out, creating a personal profile page, a portfolio homepage, or testing market response.

You can use the AI website creation process, the editor, and the free subdomain provided by Kanorio. For example, you can first create yourbrand.kanorio.com and share it with friends, clients, or social media followers to confirm if the content direction is appropriate.

Things to note about the Free plan:

  • The public version can display a maximum of 10 content modules.
  • Only the homepage can be published; other pages will not be accessible to visitors.
  • Does not support binding your own domain.
  • When an online store transaction is completed, the Kanorio platform fee is 9%.
  • AI quotas are lifetime quotas and will not automatically reset the following month once used up.

If you are still exploring your website content, the Free plan is usually sufficient to get started. Don't delay creating your first website version just because you want all features at once.

The Free Plan Also Offers a Complete Website Foundation

The Free plan is not a trial version with essential website capabilities removed. Kanorio believes that only by establishing a solid foundation for your website can brands confidently entrust their site to the platform for long-term operation. Therefore, many features that website builders list as paid advanced functions, or do not offer self-configuration interfaces, are also available in Kanorio's Free plan.

These capabilities include:

  • Comprehensive SEO Settings: Allows you to configure Meta titles, Meta descriptions, Open Graph sharing information, and Sitemaps for your website, making it easier for search engines and social media platforms to understand your site.
  • Built-in Data Analytics: Understand basic website traffic and interaction without needing to integrate third-party tools first.
  • AI Bot Management and Tracking: Manage AI crawler access to your public website and monitor related visit statistics.
  • LLMS.txt: A website description file provided for AI systems to read, helping them understand the site's key content.
  • Automated Technical SEO: The platform automatically handles fundamental technical settings like structured data and semantic markup, so you don't need to understand programming or perform manual maintenance.

The focus of paid plans is not to unlock these foundational capabilities, but to provide corresponding expansion options when your brand requires more public pages, custom domains, advanced marketing tools, higher AI writing quotas, or lower store transaction fees.

Kanorio Pro: Your Website as a Formal Brand Portal

The Pro plan is suitable for those ready to operate a website long-term, who desire a professional brand URL, or who require multiple public pages.

Common scenarios include:

  • Want to change yourbrand.kanorio.com to your own purchased yourbrand.com.
  • Need multiple public pages such as "About Us", "Services", and "Contact Us".
  • Want to publish blog posts and continuously build content.
  • Want to use third-party tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, or Meta Pixel.
  • Want to display a Cookie consent banner, or use marketing components such as floating buttons, top announcements, or pop-up windows.
  • Want to reduce Kanorio's platform fee for online stores to 3%.

The Pro plan allows each website to bind up to 3 custom domains and provides AI quotas that reset each subscription period. If you continuously use AI for page generation, module generation, or AI writing, this will be more suitable than the Free plan's lifetime quota.

Kanorio Business: For Higher Traffic or Store Needs

The Business plan is suitable for brands or teams with higher transaction volumes, who require multiple custom domains, or who frequently use AI generation features.

Compared to Pro, the main differences for Business are:

  • Can bind up to 10 custom domains.
  • Kanorio store platform fee is 0%.
  • Provides more AI quotas each subscription period.
  • Still enjoys features such as multi-page publishing, blogging, tracking tools, Cookie banners, marketing components, and removal of branding.

This does not mean every website requires the Business plan. If you don't have a high volume of store transactions or extensive AI generation needs, the Pro plan is usually sufficient to support a professional brand website.

What is an AI Quota?

AI quota refers to the number of times AI features can be used within a plan. Different operations consume different types of quotas:

  • AI Page Generation: Ask AI to create a complete page.
  • AI Module Generation: Ask AI to generate content for a specific content block.
  • AI Writing: Ask AI to help rewrite, expand, or optimize text.

The Free plan's AI quota is a lifetime quota, suitable for initial experience. Pro and Business quotas reset according to the subscription period, making them suitable for those who continuously update website content.

When Should You Upgrade?

Use the following questions to quickly determine:

  1. Do I need my own purchased domain? If yes, choose Pro or Business.
  2. Do I need to publish more than one page? If yes, choose Pro or Business.
  3. Do I need a blog, third-party tracking, or marketing components? If yes, choose Pro or Business.
  4. Do I have an online store, and has the transaction volume made fees significant? Compare Pro's 3% with Business's 0%.
  5. Do I frequently use AI to generate content? Compare the AI quotas available per period for each plan.

If most answers are "not yet needed," please start with the Free plan; getting your website content and publishing process smooth is more important.

Next Steps

Frequently Asked Questions about Plans

Yes. The Free plan is suitable for initially creating, editing, and publishing your homepage. When you need more public pages, a custom domain, or advanced features, you can upgrade from the backend "Billing" page.

Yes. The Free plan allows you to publish your homepage using a Kanorio subdomain, but the public version can display a maximum of 10 content modules and cannot bind a custom domain.

Different websites may have different purposes. For example, a personal portfolio might use the Free plan, while an e-commerce site might require Pro or Business. Therefore, Kanorio manages plan benefits on a per-website basis.

The purpose of upgrading is to unlock more publishing and platform benefits, not to rebuild your website. After completing payment, please re-check your publishing settings and republish as needed.

If the current plan offers annual payment, the billing page will display the total annual fee and the percentage saved. Please refer to the prices and currency information on the checkout page at that time.

A custom domain is a URL you own, such as yourbrand.com. Pro and Business plans offer the benefit of binding a custom domain. For details, see What is a Custom Domain?.

The 0% for Business refers to Kanorio's platform fee being 0%. Payment service providers may still charge credit card or payment processing fees according to their rules; please also check the terms of your chosen payment service.
