System Status and Service Incidents
When you encounter issues like being unable to log in, the dashboard not loading, or your public website not rendering, determining whether the problem lies with your device, a single website, or the entire Kanorio service will help you find the correct solution faster.
First, Check the Kanorio System Status Page
Please open the Kanorio System Status Page. This is a public page accessible without logging in, which displays any known service incidents Kanorio is currently experiencing.
The status page shows the current status for:
- Marketing Site: Kanorio's marketing website.
- Dashboard & Editor: The admin dashboard and website editor.
- Published Websites: Customer websites published using Kanorio.
- Authentication: Login and account sessions.
Each service is marked with its current status and recent history. If the page shows "Operational," it means no known incidents have been detected for that service; this doesn't necessarily mean that every domain, account, or device is experiencing the same issue.
First, Determine the Type of Issue
| What You're Seeing | What to Do First |
|---|---|
| Only your computer or phone can't access it | Try a different network, an incognito window, or a different browser |
| You can log into the dashboard, but a specific website is inaccessible | Check the website's publishing status, domain, and DNS settings |
| Multiple Kanorio pages are experiencing issues simultaneously | Save a screenshot of the error and the time, then contact support |
| You recently changed your website's domain or DNS | Wait for DNS propagation and check the DNS results |
DNS (Domain Name System) is the network setting that directs domain names to the correct website. DNS updates take time to propagate globally. Therefore, when a custom domain is newly connected or recently modified, it might temporarily appear as a service issue.
If the Status is Normal, but the Problem Persists
Even if all services appear normal, issues can still arise from your browser cache, network connection, account permissions, or website settings. Please follow these steps:
- Refresh the page or try opening it in an incognito window.
- Ensure your network isn't blocking Kanorio or Google login services.
- If it's a public website, confirm it has been published.
- For custom domains, check your DNS Settings Check.
- If you still can't resolve the issue, consult the Troubleshooting Guide or contact support.
What Happens During Platform Maintenance
Kanorio strives to minimize the impact of maintenance on published websites, but no online service can guarantee 100% uptime. If maintenance or an incident affects public services, please refer to the event information on the System Status Page. Avoid repeatedly modifying domain or payment settings during service disruptions; wait until the situation is clarified.
Frequently Asked Questions
It displays the current status of the marketing site, dashboard and editor, published websites, and login services, along with recent uptime records for each. This helps you determine if there are known platform-level incidents.
Not necessarily. The impact varies depending on the scope of the maintenance. Published websites and the dashboard editing functionality may be affected to different degrees. Please refer to the announcements or support responses at the time.
Test on a different network, in a different browser, or in an incognito window. If only a specific custom domain has issues, you'll usually need to check the DNS. If multiple Kanorio pages are experiencing simultaneous problems, report it to support.
This usually indicates the problem might be specific to your browser, network, account permissions, website settings, or custom domain. Please follow the troubleshooting steps on this page or read the Troubleshooting Guide. If you still can't resolve it, please contact us via Contact Us with the time of the issue, the URL, and a screenshot.
