Subscribe to a Paid Plan

When you need to connect a custom domain (e.g., yourbrand.com), remove the Kanorio branding from your site footer, increase storage, send newsletters, use more AI credits, or reduce your online store platform fees to 3% or even 0%, you can upgrade from the Free plan to the Pro or Business plan at any time.

Upgrading unlocks paid features directly on your existing website—all your pages, modules, products, and settings will be preserved 100%.

Two things to confirm before subscribing

1. Confirm you have selected the correct website in the top-left corner Kanorio plan benefits are applied per website. If you have multiple websites under your account, please select the correct one in the site switcher at the top-left of your dashboard before navigating to "Site Settings › Subscription" (requires "Owner" or "Admin" permissions for that site).
2. Decide between "Billed monthly" or "Billed annually"
   • Billed monthly: Renews automatically every month, ideal if you prefer short-term flexibility. If this is your first paid subscription, you can enter a referral code to get your first month of Pro for free or 20% off your first month of Business.
   • Billed annually (default option): Pay for a full year upfront. The annual fee is equivalent to 10 months (getting 2 months free, saving about 17%). If you are a student or faculty member, you can verify your school email to get an .
   • Monthly quotas reset monthly even on annual plans: Regardless of whether you choose monthly or annual billing, your monthly AI credits (1,500/15,000) and email sending limits (500/10,000) reset automatically every month.

5 steps to complete your first subscription

1. Open the plan selection window Go to "Site Settings › Subscription" in your dashboard and click "Upgrade Plan" (or click any feature button with a lock icon in the editor).
2. Switch billing cycle and confirm discount eligibility Toggle between "Billed annually" or "Billed monthly" at the top of the window:
   • To apply for the 50% student or faculty discount, switch to "Billed annually" and click "Student or Faculty Discount" at the bottom of the window to verify your school email (see ). Once verified, the card price will automatically reflect the 50% discount.
3. Select Pro or Business plan Click the subscribe button on the corresponding plan card. If you chose monthly billing and arrived at Kanorio via a friend's referral link, the system will automatically apply the referral code; you can also enter it manually at checkout.
4. Complete payment via Stripe Checkout You will be redirected to the secure Stripe Checkout page. Enter your credit card information (or use supported mobile payment methods) to complete the payment. Kanorio does not store your full card number or CVC; see for details.
5. Automatic return and immediate activation After a successful payment, you will be redirected back to your dashboard, and your Pro or Business benefits will be activated immediately! You can then go to to connect your custom domain or set up a to start sending newsletters.

Discount priority (Why can't some discounts be stacked?)

To keep billing rules transparent and consistent, if your account has a referral code, education discount, or balance available, only one discount can be applied per initial checkout. The system automatically handles this based on the following priority:

How is the billing currency determined and locked?

Kanorio supports 8 billing currencies. Before you complete your first payment, the system automatically previews the currency based on your browsing region (you can also toggle the preview on the public pricing page):

Currency is locked after your first payment: Once your account completes its first paid subscription, your billing currency is locked. All subsequent renewals, upgrades, and for all sites under your account will be charged in that currency. Even if you travel, move, or use a VPN later, your existing billing currency will not change.
