When your website needs a custom domain (your own website address, e.g., yourbrand.com), multiple public pages, more AI (Artificial Intelligence) feature usage credits, or lower store platform fees, you can upgrade from the free plan to Kanorio Pro or Kanorio Business. Subscribing does not recreate your website; your existing content, settings, and URL will remain after payment.
This page guides you through your first subscription. If you're already a paid user and want to change your plan or switch between monthly/annual billing, please read .
Kanorio plans are managed on a per-website basis. If you have multiple websites under the same account, first select the website you wish to subscribe to in the website switcher in your dashboard, then go to Billing. If you subscribe for a different website, the plan benefits won't automatically transfer.
For a full feature comparison, read Choosing the Right Plan. Pricing may vary by currency and available options; please refer to the amounts displayed in your dashboard's Billing and checkout page.
After logging into Kanorio, select the website you want to subscribe to, then open Billing. Free plan websites will show available plans and billing cycle options.
Select Kanorio Pro or Kanorio Business, then choose your payment frequency:
The system will display the exact amount and currency before you confirm. Do not rely on others' pricing or old screenshots, as displayed content may differ.
A referral code is a code shared by a referrer. If this is your first time subscribing to a paid plan and you choose monthly billing, you can enter an eligible referral code during checkout for a discount: first month free for Pro, 20% off the first month for Business. If you previously visited the login page via a referral link, the code might be pre-filled in the checkout field.
Annual billing already includes a long-term payment discount, so referral codes do not stack additional discounts; the referral relationship will still be recorded. For details on referral codes, referrer commissions, and point redemptions, read Refer-a-Friend Program.
Upon confirmation, you'll be directed to Stripe Checkout (a secure payment page provided by Stripe). Only enter your card details and other payment information on the legitimate Stripe payment page.
If you have concerns about the payment page, suspicious messages, or card security, please read Payment Security first. Kanorio support will never ask you to provide your full card number, CVC (Card Verification Value), or one-time verification codes via messages.
After payment is complete, you'll be redirected back to Kanorio. Your website's plan and available features are usually updated quickly; you can refresh your Billing page or check the feature pages that were previously restricted.
If your plan hasn't updated after some time despite successful payment, please note the payment date, amount, and website name, then follow the steps in Billing, Invoices, and Payment Methods to confirm or contact support. Do not provide your full card number or verification codes.
During your first subscription, the currency displayed will be based on your location and available pricing. Kanorio currently supports:
| Currency | Common Regions |
|---|---|
| TWD (New Taiwan Dollar) | Taiwan |
| HKD (Hong Kong Dollar) | Hong Kong |
| JPY (Japanese Yen) | Japan |
| KRW (South Korean Won) | South Korea |
| SGD (Singapore Dollar) | Singapore |
| EUR (Euro) | Eurozone |
| GBP (British Pound) | United Kingdom |
| USD (United States Dollar) | Other Regions |
After your first payment, your billing currency will remain consistent. Even if you travel, move to a different region, or use a VPN (a tool that makes your internet connection appear from another location), your existing subscription will not automatically switch to a different currency.
Yes. The free plan doesn't require a credit card, allowing you to create, edit, and publish your homepage. When you need paid features, simply subscribe from Billing.
Whether annual billing is available depends on the current plan and currency options. Please refer to what's displayed in Billing and Stripe Checkout.
You must have billing management permissions for that website and have switched to the correct website in your dashboard. If you cannot see Billing or subscription options, please ask the website owner to check your team role.
First-time purchase referral offers (first month free for Pro, 20% off first month for Business) are only applicable when subscribing to a paid plan for the first time and choosing monthly billing. If a referral code is invalid, please check the spelling, eligibility, and your selected payment cycle.
Usually, yes. If the screen doesn't update immediately, try refreshing your Billing and feature pages. If it still hasn't updated, follow the instructions in Billing, Invoices, and Payment Methods.
