Refer Kanorio to friends, clients, or students looking for a website builder. Your friends get an exclusive first-month discount on their first subscription, and you earn a 20% recurring commission on every actual payment they make for the next 12 months. The more friends you refer, the more your monthly rewards add up.

All earned referral commissions are automatically deposited into your Wallet, which you can use to cover your own Kanorio plan renewals, upgrades, add-ons (storage, database entries, sending limits), and platform fees. Creators who consistently manage communities, content, or courses can also apply to become a VIP Referral Partner to withdraw commissions to their bank account.

How much can you earn per friend? (Recurring Commission Calculation)

The best part of our referral program is the "Recurring Commission"—you don't just get paid once. You earn a 20% commission every time your friend makes a successful payment within the 12-month referral period.

Example based on a US$10/month Pro plan (Friend gets the first month free at US$0, and pays US$10/month from the 2nd to the 12th month; you earn 20% = US$2 per payment):

Note: The table above is for illustrative purposes. Actual amounts depend on the friend's subscribed plan, billing currency, net payment after discounts, and any refunds or disputes.

Get started in three steps

1. Enable and get your referral code: Click your avatar in the top right corner, go to "Account Settings › Referral" to enable the feature, and click "Manage Referral Codes". The system will generate your first unique code (you can create up to 10 custom codes to track performance across different channels like IG, YouTube, blogs, or business cards).
2. Share your link or QR Code: Copy your unique referral link or download the system-generated QR Code to share with friends. When a friend clicks your link to visit Kanorio, their browser will remember your code (valid for 30 days), and it will be automatically applied at checkout.
3. Track conversions and payouts: Return to the "Referral" page anytime to view visits, sign-ups, paid friends, and detailed commission earnings for each code.

What first-purchase offers do friends get?

When your friend is a "first-time subscriber" (has never had a paid subscription), upgrades their website to a paid plan, and chooses "Billed monthly", they can apply your referral code at checkout to enjoy:

• First-time subscription only: If your friend has previously subscribed to a paid plan on any website, they are not eligible for the first-purchase discount, even if they cancel or create a new site.
• How does annual billing work?: Annual plans already include a "buy 10 months, get 2 months free" discount (approx. 17% off), so the first-month referral discount does not stack. However, as long as your friend enters through your referral link and establishes a referral relationship, you will still earn a 20% commission on their entire annual invoice!

How is your 20% commission calculated?

• Calculation basis (Net payment × 20%): You earn a fixed 20% based on the "actual net payment" after discounts and taxes for every successful invoice.
  • US$0 invoices earn no commission: For example, if a friend gets the "first month free" on a Pro monthly plan, the first invoice is US$0, so no commission is generated. Once actual billing starts from the 2nd month, you will earn 20% on every payment.
  • Business plan 20% off first month: If the friend pays the discounted first-month fee, you will earn 20% on that actual net amount.
• Commission period (up to 12 months): You earn commissions on all eligible invoices for 12 months starting from the day your friend completes their first subscription using your referral link. After 12 months, no further commissions are generated, but you keep all earned commissions permanently.
• Upgrades, downgrades, or switching to annual billing: As long as it is within the 12-month period, the referral relationship remains active even if your friend upgrades from Pro to Business or switches from monthly to annual billing. You will earn 20% on the full amount of those invoices.
• Attribution for multiple links: If a friend clicks multiple referral links, the last link clicked takes priority. If a friend manually enters a referral code at checkout, that code takes the highest priority.

When are commissions paid? How to use or withdraw?

1. 60-day holding period: Commissions from each payment enter a 60-day holding period (shown as "Pending Commission" and "Upcoming Payouts" in your dashboard) to ensure there are no refunds or credit card disputes.
2. Deposited to Wallet, never expires: After 60 days, the commission is automatically moved to your balance, and you will be notified. Referral commissions never expire and are automatically applied to your plan renewals, upgrades, add-ons, and platform fees.
3. VIP Referral Partner withdrawals: If you are a content creator, influencer, designer, or educator and wish to withdraw your commissions to a bank account, you can apply to become a VIP Referral Partner via support. Once approved, you can request a payout from your once your withdrawable balance reaches US$100.

Performance dashboard and privacy

In "Account Settings › Referral", you can toggle between the "Overview" (conversion funnels, conversion rates, estimated recurring commissions, and payout schedule) and "Friends" tabs. To protect your friends' privacy and business secrets, the system only displays necessary information:

• No self-referrals or fraudulent transactions: You may not refer yourself, use accounts or credit cards under your control to claim first-month free offers, or use misleading marketing tactics like bidding on brand keywords.
• Refunds and disputes: If a referred friend's bill is refunded or disputed during the holding period, the pending commission will be canceled or adjusted. If a refund occurs after the commission is deposited into your wallet, the amount will be deducted proportionally, and you will be notified.
