Report Inappropriate Content

If you find that a public website created with Kanorio contains content that is fraudulent, infringing, impersonating, or otherwise violates our policies, please notify us using the report form. Submitting a report is the first step in our review process and does not guarantee immediate removal of the content.

When to Report

  • Scams or Phishing: Websites pretending to be brands, services, or individuals to trick you into providing payment details, passwords, or other sensitive information.
  • Copyright or Trademark Infringement: Unauthorized use of someone else's images, text, videos, products, or brand identity.
  • Illegal Content: Selling prohibited items, content that clearly violates applicable laws, or other situations requiring immediate review.
  • Child Sexual Exploitation, Harassment, or Hate Speech: Content that harms, discriminates against, or threatens individuals or groups.
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be you, your company, or another recognizable brand.
  • Malware: Websites attempting to trick visitors into downloading harmful software or redirecting them to dangerous links.
  • Other Policy Violations: Refer to our Content Guidelines for more details.

If the situation involves immediate danger to life or criminal activity, please contact your local emergency services or law enforcement first. Kanorio's report form is not an emergency service.

How to Report

Use the Online Report Form

We recommend using the report form to submit your report. The form will ask for:

  1. The full URL of the inappropriate website.
  2. The type of violation (e.g., scam, infringement, impersonation, malware).
  3. A description of the issue (at least 10 words).
  4. A contact email address.
  5. A CAPTCHA to prevent automated abuse.

An email address is required, so this form does not support anonymous reporting. Please provide a valid email so our team can contact you if further information is needed. Your submission will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Use Email

If the form is unavailable, you can email us at support@kanorio.com. Please use a clear subject line and include the full URL, the reason for your report, and any supporting evidence. Avoid sending unnecessary personal sensitive information in your email.

What Happens After Submission

Your report will enter Kanorio's content review process. Our team will evaluate it based on our policies, available evidence, and applicable laws. The time it takes to process a report varies depending on its complexity. We do not guarantee a specific review timeframe, nor will resubmitting the same report expedite the process.

If we confirm a violation, actions may include requesting modifications, restricting content, taking down the website, or other measures as per our rules. If insufficient information is provided or the issue falls outside our scope, the outcome may differ from your expectations.

Safety Tips When Submitting a Report

  • Only provide information directly relevant to the case.
  • Do not send passwords, full credit card numbers, complete images of identification documents, or one-time verification codes.
  • If your brand is being impersonated, provide details like your official website, social media profiles, or trademark registration to aid in verification.
  • For infringement cases, explain your relationship to the work or trademark and where the infringing content appears.
