Kanorio Pro has no long-term commitment and can be canceled at any time. After cancellation, your website will continue to operate until the end of the current billing period, and all data will be retained.
Cancellation Steps
Navigate to the "Billing" or "Subscription" section in your dashboard, find the "Cancel Subscription" or "Manage Subscription" option, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Your site will not go offline immediately after cancellation. It will continue to function until the end of your current billing period and will automatically downgrade to the free plan upon expiration. All content and data will be preserved and will not be deleted. If you have a custom domain connected, it will revert to a Kanorio subdomain upon expiration, but the website will remain accessible. You can resubscribe to Kanorio Pro at any time to regain the use of your custom domain.
Upgrading to Kanorio Pro
You can upgrade to Kanorio Pro at any time by clicking the upgrade button in the "Billing" or "Plans" section of your dashboard. Upgrading unlocks features such as custom domain usage, removal of branding, and built-in analytics.
Refund Policy
Paid fees are generally non-refundable, and your website will continue to operate until the end of the current billing period. If you encounter payment issues or have special circumstances requiring a refund, please contact our support team via Contact Us. We will handle each case based on its individual merits and the terms of your plan.
