'My Purchases' is where buyers can view their purchased digital content, purchase history, and write reviews after logging into Kanorio. Instead of a one-time download link, purchase history and content access rights are tied to the buyer's Kanorio account.
Understanding what buyers can do on this page will help you answer customer questions, confirm content delivery, and explain the review moderation process.
Buyers do not need to log in before purchasing. If a buyer completes a purchase as a guest:
If the buyer was logged in during purchase, they can usually access 'My Purchases' directly after a successful payment.
For a complete checkout process, please read: .
Content typically appears in the list immediately after successful payment. If buyers use ATM or convenience store payment codes, they must complete the payment first and wait for the payment gateway to confirm the success.
You can set up different content for different plans. Therefore, buyers will only see items included in the plan they purchased, such as:
If content is not part of the buyer's purchased plan, access will not be granted.
Usually, yes. Archiving a product only stops new purchases; it does not automatically revoke content access for existing orders.
However, you can revoke access for specific orders that have been refunded or have special circumstances. Once revoked, the content from that order will be removed from the buyer's accessible list.
After a successful purchase, buyers can write a review for that order in 'My Purchases'. This helps build authentic reviews for your sales pages; reviews must be approved by you before being publicly displayed.
Submitted reviews are in a 'Pending Review' state and won't appear publicly immediately. You need to approve them in the 'Reviews' tab of the product for them to be displayed publicly.
Buyers can click the 'Edit' button on the same order to update their rating or content. After editing, the review will re-enter the 'Pending Review' state and require your re-approval.
For instructions on enabling, moderating, and importing reviews, please read: .
Please ask the buyer to confirm:
If they still cannot access the content, ask them to provide the order number, purchase email, and a screenshot of the issue. You can check the order status in your backend under 'Store → Transactions' to assist them.
Yes. While guest checkout is possible before payment, viewing purchased content requires login to verify purchase rights.
Ask the buyer to log in with the same email used during checkout; the system will automatically associate paid orders under that email.
Payments via credit card or LINE Pay usually appear very quickly after success. For ATM or convenience store payments, it takes time for the payment to be completed and confirmed by the payment gateway.
Whether downloads are allowed depends on your settings for each content item. If you permit downloads, buyers can use the download function from 'My Purchases'. If not, they may only be able to view or play it online.
Archiving stops new purchases, not existing buyers' content access. This allows you to fulfill completed orders even after discontinuing sales.
Refunds and revoking access are separate actions. If content should no longer be accessible after a refund, please revoke access for that specific order.
It will be published after you approve it. We recommend stating your review moderation practices on the product page or in customer service replies to reduce customer concerns about waiting times.
Currently, buyers cannot delete reviews themselves, but they can edit them (edits require re-approval). If you need to remove an inappropriate review, please delete or reject it from the 'Reviews' tab.
