This page covers the most common platform-level issues encountered after you start using Kanorio. If your question is directly related to a specific feature, such as domains, modules, billing, or the store, please refer to that feature's documentation first. This will provide you with complete operational steps rather than just brief answers.
Published Kanorio websites are delivered to visitors via Cloudflare's global network. You don't need to rent hosting or set up HTTPS yourself; HTTPS is a mechanism that encrypts data transfer between your browser and the website, typically indicated by a padlock icon in the address bar.
Kanorio does not insert third-party advertisements into your website. Public websites on the free plan may display Kanorio branding. To remove branding or access other advanced benefits, please review Choose the Right Plan.
You can create brand official websites, portfolios, service pages, event pages, blogs, and websites to sell digital products or accept sponsorships. Kanorio's current store functionality primarily focuses on digital products and sponsorships. Please read Getting Started with the Store first to confirm if it meets your sales needs.
You can manage Kanorio using 6 interface languages. When creating a website, AI can generate website content in over 60 languages. The interface language and website content language are distinct. For example, you can manage the backend in Traditional Chinese while creating a website with English content.
Yes. You can select the website you wish to manage from the website switcher in the Console in your backend. Each website can have its content, domain, and plan managed independently.
Yes. A website owner can invite someone to join their team in the Console and then transfer ownership to an existing member. After the transfer, the original owner will become an administrator.
No. Upgrading will not delete existing content. If you downgrade to the free plan, your public website will be displayed according to the free plan's limitations: only the homepage can be public, and a maximum of 10 visible modules will be shown. Content exceeding these limits will be retained in the backend and can be accessed again after upgrading.
Referral code discounts only apply when you first upgrade your account to a paid plan with monthly billing. Annual payments already include a long-term discount, so referral discounts cannot be stacked. If a referral relationship is established, the referrer will still receive commissions according to the rules. Please see the Refer a Friend Program.
Yes. SEO is the practice of helping search engines understand and index your website. Kanorio provides settings for page titles, descriptions, sitemaps, and other basic configurations. However, search rankings ultimately depend on content quality, competition, and search engine algorithms. Please see Complete SEO Settings.
Yes. Google Analytics is an analytics tool for understanding visitor behavior, and Meta Pixel is commonly used for tracking ad performance. These third-party tracking tools can be configured in the backend, but be mindful of visitor privacy and cookie consent. Please see Third-Party Tracking Setup and Cookie Consent Banner.
Yes. You can manage AI bots in your backend. Bots are programs that automatically read public web content. Settings via robots.txt inform AI bots that support this rule whether they can access your site. Please see AI Crawler Management.
Yes. Website owners can create backups of their website content and download them for safekeeping. Backups do not convert website templates into a format directly importable by other platforms. For scope, download methods, and data separation for store information, please see Download Website Backup (Data Export).
Account deletion currently requires submitting a request through customer support. To protect data security, we may need to verify your identity. Requests will be processed according to our privacy policy and applicable laws. Please export any website data you wish to keep before proceeding. Refer to Account Management and Data Handling.
