Buyer's 'My Purchases'

About 5 min

'My Purchases' is where buyers can view their purchased digital content after logging into Kanorio. Instead of a one-time download link, this feature ties purchase history and content access rights to the buyer's Kanorio account.

This way, buyers can return to the same page to find their purchased items whenever they switch devices, close their browser, or want to revisit the content later.

How to View Purchased Content

  1. Log in using the Kanorio account used for the purchase.
  2. Go to 'My Purchases'.
  3. Select the purchased item.
  4. Depending on the seller's settings, you can read, play, or download the content online.

Content usually appears in the list immediately after successful payment. If the buyer uses an ATM or convenience store payment code, they must complete the payment first and wait for the payment service to confirm the successful result.

What Content Can I See?

Sellers can set different content for different plans. Therefore, you will see the items included in the plan you purchased, such as:

  • PDFs or other readable files.
  • Audio content.
  • Video content.
  • Files that the seller allows for download.

If a piece of content is not included in your purchased plan, it will not be accessible.

Can Buyers Still Access Content After a Seller Archives a Product?

Usually, yes. Archiving a product only stops new purchases; it does not automatically revoke content access for existing orders.

However, sellers can revoke access for specific orders that have been refunded or are in special circumstances. Once revoked, the content for that order will be removed from the buyer's accessible list.

What Should a Buyer Do If They Encounter Content Access Issues?

Please confirm the following:

  1. You are logged into the same Kanorio account used for the purchase.
  2. The order has been successfully paid for, not still pending payment.
  3. Your purchased plan includes the content in question.
  4. The seller has not revoked access for that specific order.

If you still cannot access the content, please contact the seller's customer support provided on the product page first, including your order number, purchase email, and a screenshot of the issue. The seller can check the order status from their backend.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Kanorio uses your login account to verify purchase rights, preventing anyone with the link from accessing the content.

Credit card payments are usually visible shortly after successful processing. For ATM or convenience store payments, you'll need to wait until payment is completed and the payment service confirms the result.

Whether you can download depends on the seller's settings for each content item. If the seller allows downloads, you can use the download function from 'My Purchases'. If not, you may only be able to view or play it online.

Archiving stops new purchases, not existing buyers' content access. This allows sellers to fulfill completed orders even after discontinuing sales.

Refunds and access revocation are separate actions. Please contact the seller according to their refund policy for confirmation. Sellers can revoke content access within the order details.
