SHOPLINE Payments is a multi-payment solution for Taiwan. It integrates credit cards, virtual ATM accounts, Apple Pay, LINE Pay, and Chailease Zero-Card into one service, making it ideal for Taiwan-based sellers who price in TWD and primarily sell digital products.
Like PAYUNi, you can only use one multi-payment service on your checkout page at a time. You can apply for both, then decide which one to use in Payment Settings.
When a second multi-payment service is approved, it is disabled by default. You must manually drag it into the enabled section to start using it.
After selecting SHOPLINE Payments at checkout, buyers can choose from the tools you have enabled. Credit card payments are usually completed on-page. For ATM payments, buyers receive a virtual account number, and the order status remains "Pending Payment" until the funds are received.
Payment processing fees are charged by SHOPLINE Payments, while platform fees are handled by Kanorio at the time of transaction; you do not need to link a separate card for platform fees. Rates are based on your backend settings. Common references include:
| Payment Method | Reference Rate |
|---|---|
| Credit Card | 2.2% |
| Virtual ATM Account | NT$15 per transaction |
| LINE Pay | 3% |
For a full breakdown and refund fee policies, see Platform and Payment Processing Fees. Platform and payment processing fees are non-refundable after a full refund.
Refunds are generally available within 180 days of payment. Please initiate refunds from the order page in Kanorio.
JKO Pay cannot be applied for through SHOPLINE Payments at this time. To accept JKO Pay, please enable JKO Pay separately.
Please handle additional payment methods through the SHOPLINE Payments portal. The Kanorio toggle only shows or hides tools that have already been approved.
