Shipping methods determine how physical products reach your customers. Digital products are delivered immediately after payment and do not incur shipping fees.
Once you confirm your business location, your store will default to "In-person pickup" and "Store pickup," which you can modify or delete. In Taiwan, you can also enable "Seller-managed shipping," "7-ELEVEN," and "TCAT (Black Cat) delivery."
| Method | Who handles delivery | Customer action at checkout |
|---|---|---|
| In-person pickup | Arranged between you and the customer | Select in-person pickup. No shipping label generated |
| Store pickup | Customer picks up at your location | Select store pickup |
| Seller-managed | You arrange your own courier or ship personally | Enter address. You must manually mark as shipped in the order later |
| 7-ELEVEN | PAYUNi Logistics | Select store at the PAYUNi page during payment. See Shipping with 7-ELEVEN |
| TCAT (Black Cat) | PAYUNi Logistics | Enter Taiwan address and mobile number at checkout. See Shipping with TCAT |
Checkout cards will display the carrier name, not the underlying logistics provider.
Go to product editing to select which shipping methods are valid for that specific product. If a method is not selected, it will not appear at checkout for that item, even if it is enabled store-wide.
If all shipping methods are disabled, the system will notify you that physical products cannot be checked out. This does not affect payments for digital products.
Physical order details include a "Fulfillment" tab. For 7-ELEVEN and TCAT, you can print labels and track status. For seller-managed, in-person, and store pickup, you must manually mark the order as shipped or delivered. See Order and Fulfillment Status for details.
Customer-facing purchase information (fulfillment time, free shipping thresholds, etc.) is pulled from your Advanced Settings. Shipping costs are calculated at the moment of checkout and are not listed individually on the product page.
No. Digital products do not require shipping methods.
PAYUNi may not be enabled for checkout, or the logistics activation process is incomplete. Please go to Payment Management to enable PAYUNi.
Yes. Enable both and select them on the product level. Customers can choose one at checkout.
Currently, there is only one shipping zone. You cannot set different shipping rates for offshore islands or specific cities in the backend.
