7-ELEVEN allows your customers to pick up their orders at convenience stores. Shipping labels are generated via the PAYUNi payment page, so your store must have PAYUNi enabled for checkout.
When customers select 7-ELEVEN at checkout, they must pay using PAYUNi. They will select their pickup store during the payment process. Customers should follow the convenience store's notification once the package arrives.
You can print labels and track shipment status in the shipping tab of the order. If a store is closed or relocated, follow the order prompts to ask the customer to re-select a store.
For returns, please register the return tracking number in the order and coordinate the return method with the customer. If a store is closed or relocated, follow the order prompts to ask the customer to re-select a store.
Please check the following: Is the delivery method enabled in Shipping Management? Is it checked for the product? Is PAYUNi enabled in the checkout section? All three must be true.
B2C is restricted to enterprise payment accounts. Individual sellers should use C2C.
No. Once 7-ELEVEN is selected, the only available payment method is PAYUNi.
