Getting Started FAQ

Kanorio is a platform that uses AI to help you build a website. You provide your brand name, service details, images, and contact information, and the AI will generate a draft of your website. You can then modify text, images, modules, and layout in the editor without needing to write any code.

It's suitable for individuals looking to create a brand website, portfolio, service introduction page, or a small online store. This includes entrepreneurs, freelancers, shop owners, consultants, designers, and small teams. If you prefer not to start from a blank page and are not familiar with programming, Kanorio is especially ideal for you.

Yes. Kanorio's user interface supports Traditional Chinese (Taiwan), Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong), Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. The AI content generation for websites supports over 60 languages and regional variations.

Yes. The interface language and website content language are set separately. You can maintain a Traditional Chinese interface and choose English, Japanese, or any other supported website content language during the first step of the AI website building process.

Yes. You can log in, edit your website, and preview it on your phone, tablet, or computer. While a larger screen might be more convenient for organizing large amounts of text or images initially, basic editing and publishing can be completed on mobile devices.

Yes. The free plan does not require a credit card upfront. You can build your website, use the AI site-building process, access the editor, and publish your homepage using Kanorio's free subdomain.

The free plan allows you to publish up to 10 content modules and 1 homepage. You cannot connect a custom domain. If you need to publish multiple pages, use your own domain, launch a blog, or utilize advanced marketing features, please upgrade to Pro or Business.

The free plan serves as an ongoing entry-level option, not a timed trial. Available features are based on the current free plan benefits. You can upgrade at any time from the billing page to access more publishing and store features.

This depends on whether you have your brand name, images, logo, service descriptions, and contact links ready. Completing the initial AI-generated version is usually much faster than starting from scratch. You can then gradually adjust details in the editor without needing to finalize everything at once.

At a minimum, prepare your brand name, a short brand slogan, and one service image. If you have a homepage hero image, logo, brand colors, social media links, or an appointment URL, have those ready as well. The AI-generated results will be more aligned with your needs.

Start by making edits directly in the editor. You can change text, images, buttons, and the order of modules without needing to rebuild the entire site. Treat the AI-generated result as a first draft and gradually adjust it based on your actual services and brand voice.

This usually means that required information has not been completed. The first step requires content language, brand name, and brand slogan; the second step needs at least one service image; the third step requires brand colors, a hero image, and a logo or icon; the fourth step needs at least one complete call-to-action button.

Yes. You can manage multiple websites under a single account. Each website's content, public URL, and plan benefits are managed separately. This is suitable for individuals managing both a personal portfolio and a brand website, for example.

No. You can log in using your Google account or by entering your email to receive a 6-digit one-time verification code. This passwordless login method eliminates the need to remember a separate Kanorio password.

First, check your spam, promotions, or company email filters, and confirm that your email address is spelled correctly. Please reapply and use the verification code from the latest email; older codes may have expired.

Some social media apps may use embedded browsers that restrict the necessary states for Google login. Please use the email verification code to log in, or select 'Open in browser' and log in using a standard browser like Safari or Chrome.

If both methods use the same email address, the system will link them to the same Kanorio account. Your website and subscription data will not be lost if you switch login methods.

Click 'Publish' in the editor. The first time, you'll be prompted to set up a free subdomain, such as yourbrand.kanorio.com. After successful publishing, copy this URL and share it with others. See Publish Your First Website for details.

You can adjust the available subdomain name in the publishing settings or connect a custom domain if your plan allows. However, changing the URL might make previously shared links invalid. Please assess the impact before making changes.

Yes. Taking your website offline will stop it from being publicly visible but does not delete your content in the editor. You can republish it when needed. If you are considering permanent deletion, please read Unpublish or Delete Your Site first.

Consider upgrading to a paid plan when you need a custom domain, multiple public pages, a blog, third-party tracking, marketing components, more AI credits, or lower store transaction fees. If you only need to publish a simple homepage, the free plan is usually sufficient to get started.

If you make sales through the Kanorio store, the platform charges a fee based on your website plan: 9% for the free plan, 3% for Pro, and 0% for Business. This is the Kanorio platform fee; payment service providers may charge their own processing fees separately.

AI credits are used for features like generating pages, modules, and AI writing. The free plan has a lifetime credit limit. Pro and Business plans have credits that reset with each subscription cycle. Manual editing of text and images does not consume AI credits.

You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings. After enabling, logging in will require not only Google or email verification but also a short code from an authenticator app. Be sure to securely store your backup codes.

After logging into Kanorio, you can contact support using the chat button in the bottom right corner of the dashboard. When contacting support, please include the page you are on, any error messages you received, and the steps you have already tried. This will help us diagnose the problem more quickly.
