Kanorio

Kanorio vs Manus — AI agents can ship full apps, but brand sites need more than code

Manus is a full-stack AI developer—frontend, backend, and database in one go. Kanorio builds searchable brand websites you can keep growing after launch.

No credit card required

Manus can turn a conversation into a full-stack web app with a back end, database, and payments. Kanorio starts with AI and no code, so non-technical users can create a brand website that search can find and that you can run for the long term. Both use AI to build sites. How you run them after launch is very different.

What is Manus?

Manus is a general-purpose AI Agent platform (publicly described as an independent company; Meta announced an acquisition in late 2025, then the deal was withdrawn in 2026). In plain terms: you describe the task in natural language. Manus plans, runs it, and delivers a result. The range is wide—research, data analysis, decks, image design, mobile apps, and full-stack websites / web apps.

Site building is one of Manus’s main capabilities. There is a dedicated Web App feature page and website-builder docs. From public information, common capabilities include:

  • Describe the need in chat and get a full-stack app with front end, back end, database, and user auth (React / Tailwind is a common output)
  • One-click publish: Manus manages hosting and infrastructure
  • Custom domain: connect a domain you already have, or buy one on the platform; SSL / HTTPS is set automatically after it is connected
  • Built-in SEO: automatic prerendering, meta tags, structured data, plus an SEO dashboard and “Optimize with Manus” one-click optimization (paid plans only)
  • Built-in analytics: page views, visitors, and interaction trends
  • Stripe integration: can set up a sandbox, products, subscriptions, and checkout automatically
  • Versioning: roll back to an earlier version
  • Code ownership: export source code, which lowers platform lock-in
  • Design View: image creation and region editing (visual assets, not a classic drag-and-drop page editor)

Pricing is credit-based. From public notes, Free has about 300 credits a day (they do not roll over) and a monthly spend cap. Pro starts around US$20 a month, with credits and model tiers (for example 1.6 Lite / 1.6 / 1.6 Max) changing by plan. See Manus pricing help for current details.

If you want an MVP, a SaaS prototype, or an interactive app with back-end logic fast, Manus is appealing. Next we cover what Kanorio adds when the goal is a public brand website that Google can find, and that you can keep editing yourself.

How the two products aim differently

Manus and Kanorio can both “build a site with AI.” They solve different problems.

Manus is like an AI full-stack developer. Strength: conversation into a complete app with a back end, database, sign-in, and payments. It fits a SaaS Dashboard, booking system, members site, or ecommerce prototype—work that needs program logic. Technical flexibility is the highest, and you can export code and host it yourself.

Kanorio is like an AI brand advisor. The flow: clarify the brand → AI drafts a readable, editable official site → adjust copy and structure with modules → keep running SEO, a Blog, and traffic. The point is not an application back end. It is a public digital front you can run long term and that search can find—from a one-person brand to a mature company.

Think of it this way: Manus gives you “a running full-stack product sketch.” Kanorio gives you “an official site and content foundations designed for running a brand.” Both are reasonable. They fit different people.

After launch: does every content change spend credits?

Fairly: neither Manus nor Kanorio requires you to write code. That is a shared advantage over traditional outsourcing or self-hosting.

The difference is how you edit after launch. Manus’s edit flow is usually: describe the change in chat → the Agent runs it → credits are spent. Copy, images, and layout still usually need the Agent again. Complex iteration also often makes credit use hard to predict.

Kanorio’s flow is built for everyday brand work: fill in brand details → AI generates a first-draft site → you click to edit copy, images, and modules → publish. Most people can finish a usable first version in about 15 minutes. For the next three months or three years, you can change content in the dashboard as often as you want, without extra credits. You can grow the structure through the Visual Suite, and you can use content creation for AI copy help.

If you need an interactive app with back-end logic this afternoon, Manus may feel more direct. If you need a brand website you will keep editing yourself, Kanorio is the closer match.

SEO: available on Free vs paid plans only

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is simple in practice: make it easier for Google and other search engines to understand and find your website.

Manus public docs describe built-in SEO: automatic prerendering, meta tags, structured data, an SEO dashboard, and “Optimize with Manus” one-click optimization. That helps full-stack app sites—but public information also says these advanced SEO capabilities are for paid subscribers only. Free-plan sites are less likely to get the full search-optimization path.

Kanorio handles a lot of the basics for you: search titles and descriptions, a Sitemap, and a site structure that is easier to index. These basics start on the Free plan. See the SEO getting started guide.

Kanorio also offers AI-friendly capabilities (for example automatic LLMs.txt) and AI Visibility Management, so you can think about how AI tools read and cite the brand beyond classic search. In public information, Manus has not positioned those as brand-site features.

In short: Manus gives paying users “SEO tools that work on an app site.” Kanorio gives you “brand-site search foundations you can start for free.”

Content: a Blog is the growth engine for a brand

After launch, many brands accumulate search traffic by publishing over time. That is the value of a Blog.

Manus has no native Blog / CMS. You can ask the Agent to “build a blog,” but that is custom development. Publishing, categories, edits, and upkeep still often go through chat iteration and keep spending credits. That is not the same as opening an editor and writing a post each day.

Kanorio includes a Blog: a Notion-style editor, AI writing help, per-post URLs, RSS, and more. Posts go live on your brand domain, which also helps search engines index them. Public blog publishing and other advanced capabilities depend on the plan; see Pricing.

If the goal is to keep writing and accumulate keyword traffic, Kanorio turns that into an everyday tool. Manus is a better fit when a “content site” is a one-time development job.

Ecommerce and payments: Stripe wiring vs a store you run

From public notes, Manus can set up a Stripe sandbox, products, subscriptions, and checkout from conversation—a fit for founders who want to test a paid product fast.

The difference is store operations. Manus’s path is closer to “code an app that can take payment.” Order status, returns, inventory, and a catalog still usually need more Agent work, or your own upkeep.

Kanorio’s Store (Pro; see Pricing) is designed for selling digital products or service packages on a brand website, with emphasis on products and orders. If you want a full custom ecommerce back end, Manus has more flexibility. If you want to list products, take payment, and track orders on the official site, Kanorio is more direct.

Free plans side by side

Manus Free: about 300 credits a day (no rollover), often a monthly spend cap, and Agent Mode usually limited to lighter models. One complex build or a lot of iteration can burn through credits quickly. Free fits trying the product and small tasks.

Free: no time limit. You can start modular site building, most basic SEO, built-in traffic Analytics, security basics, multi-site management and team collaboration, and an AI-generated first-draft website. Public blog publishing, Store, a custom domain, and some other capabilities need an upgrade. See the current scope on the pricing page.

“Has free credits” and “fits running a brand site for free long term” are different. If you expect frequent copy edits, posts, and traffic reports, Kanorio’s long-term Free availability usually matches brand-site daily work better.

Where Manus is stronger

Honestly: if the core need is “turn a conversation into a full-stack app with back-end logic,” Manus is competitive today.

Full-stack flexibility. It can generate a SaaS Dashboard, booking system, members site, or interactive app with a database. Kanorio is modular brand site building and deliberately does not generate that kind of application back end.

Code ownership. You can export React / Tailwind source and, if needed, deploy it elsewhere. That matters if you worry about lock-in.

Native Stripe. Describe the need and it can help set up payments—good for testing a paid product quickly.

Versioning and one-click hosting. Roll back, and let the platform manage infrastructure. Prototypes and MVPs get simpler.

Mobile apps and a general Agent. From Manus 1.6, work can extend to mobile apps, plus research, decks, images, and data analysis. Site building is one of many capabilities. Kanorio focuses on running a brand website.

An honest limit for Kanorio as a newer company. We cannot (and should not claim to) match Manus on full-stack code generation, arbitrary back-end logic, or a general Agent workflow. If you want an AI developer to ship an app, pick the right tool. If you want a searchable brand website you can run yourself, then evaluate Kanorio.

If Manus already runs your SaaS prototype or interactive app well, you usually do not need to move “just to switch tools.” Kanorio is a better fit when you want a public brand website quickly, with SEO / Blog / Analytics built in, and you want to keep editing content yourself without credit billing.

FAQ

People who want an MVP, a SaaS prototype, or an internal tool fast—or who need a back end, database, sign-in, and payments. If you have some technical background and want to speed up development, Manus’s flexibility is often valuable.

Paid plans include built-in SEO (prerendering, meta, and optimization tools), which helps search engines understand and index the site. Free is less likely to get the full SEO path. If you want to start search traffic from the free stage, Kanorio builds in the basic SEO most people actually use. See the SEO feature page.

Not necessarily. If it is a SaaS, a Dashboard, or a complex interactive app, you usually should not migrate. If you are opening a public brand website, need a Blog and search traffic over time, or do not want everyday edits to spend Agent credits, you can try Kanorio as the brand-site option.

Yes. A practical split: keep product apps with back-end logic, membership, and Dashboards on Manus; use Kanorio for the public brand website, services, portfolio, Blog, and SEO. You can also put a link to the brand website inside the app.

The Free plan covers modular site building, most basic SEO, built-in traffic Analytics, security basics, multi-site management and team collaboration, and an AI-generated first-draft website. Public blog publishing, Store, a custom domain, and some other capabilities need an upgrade. See the current scope on the pricing page.
