Taplink offers link-in-bio and simple Landing Page building at a very competitive price. Kanorio helps you create a brand website that search engines can index and that you can grow for the long term. They solve different problems, and they work well together.
How to choose? The short version
If you mainly need a traffic page on Instagram, TikTok, or another social profile, and you want forms, payments, and a simple CRM at a reasonable price, Taplink is a strong value: fast to set up, lots of blocks, and a relatively low paid entry.
If you want the next step—a brand website of your own that Google can find, with room for services, a portfolio, and articles you can keep publishing—Kanorio is the better fit.
This is not a zero-sum choice. Plenty of creators and brands use both: keep Taplink on the social profile for real-time routing and forms, run the website and content on Kanorio, and add your website as one of the links on Taplink so interested people can reach the full brand home.
What is Taplink?
Taplink is a link-in-bio (multi-link entry) and Landing Page builder, launched in 2017. Public figures put it at nearly 8 million pages created worldwide. The idea: you get a taplink.at/yourhandle URL (or you bind a custom domain) and compose a mobile-friendly traffic page from 30+ content blocks, so social links, messaging, pricing, forms, and payment sit in one place.
According to Taplink’s public pricing (check the official site for current prices, currency, and annual discounts), the usual plans look like this:
- Basic (Free): permanently free, with unlimited links, text blocks, default themes and custom design, messaging / social links, maps, page-view stats, shared access, and a QR Code
- Pro: unlocks professional templates, images / video / music, pricing, Custom HTML, social Pixels, block scheduling, and click analytics
- Business: aimed at creators and small businesses that want to monetize, with inner pages (publicly up to about 512), digital products, forms, online payments, removal of the Taplink watermark, a built-in CRM, automated email, a custom domain and SSL, countdown timers, and more
Public copy often highlights a sizable discount on annual billing. Actual monthly prices for Pro and Business change with the billing cycle; check the official site.
Taplink is also more than a list of links now. Public features include Taplink AI (generate a main page from a description), a built-in CRM, 60+ payment integrations, and Facebook / TikTok Pixel connections. The goal is to turn social traffic into inquiries or orders on the page itself.
If your goal right now is “a social traffic page plus forms / checkout,” Taplink is usually faster and cheaper than a full website builder. Next we will be honest about where Taplink is clearly stronger, and what Kanorio adds when you need a full brand website.
Where Taplink is stronger
Kanorio is newer. It will not beat a mature traffic-page tool on every front. These are the places Taplink clearly wins, and they are worth saying out loud:
A very competitive price. Among link-in-bio tools, Taplink’s paid entry is relatively low. On annual billing, public Business pricing often lands in the low-single-digit dollars per month, while still covering a custom domain, payments, and CRM. If the budget is tight and you need “routing plus checkout” in one place, that is a real advantage.
0% platform sales cut and a large payment catalog. Public copy emphasizes checkout through 60+ payment methods (such as Stripe, PayPal, and Square; availability varies by region), with no extra platform cut on digital-product sales (processor fees still apply). Compared with tools that add a seller fee, that is attractive if you sell on the page itself.
Built-in forms and a basic CRM. You are not only posting links. You can collect leads with application forms, track status inside the product, and export the data. If you want a list quickly and you are not ready for a full external marketing stack, this path is direct.
Room for a large number of inner pages. Public information says one website can have up to about 512 inner pages, with a navigation menu to switch between them. That is already beyond a typical “one page of links” link-in-bio product, and closer to a small Landing Page site.
AI that drafts a main page quickly. Taplink AI can generate a main-page draft from a business description in about 10 seconds (available on the Free plan; some blocks still need an upgrade). If you want to try a campaign page or traffic page fast, the speed is high.
In short: if your priority is a low-cost social traffic page that can collect payment and forms, Taplink is a strong match. If your priority is a searchable brand website you can grow for years, the differences below matter more.
A full brand website, not just a Landing Page
Taplink’s core experience is still the traffic page / Landing Page people open from social: the visitor’s job is to tap a link, fill a form, or complete a payment. That is a strong fit for social conversion.
Brand work often needs something else: a full brand website for services, a portfolio, pricing, a contact form, an About page, and articles. Visitors are not only completing one conversion. They can understand who you are, what you offer, and why they should reach out—without leaving your brand home.
From public information, Taplink lets you manually create a large number of inner pages, but Taplink AI currently drafts the main page only; the rest you assemble page by page. Kanorio’s flow is different: fill in brand details → AI generates a full first-draft website → you adjust copy, images, and modules → publish. Most people can get a usable first version in about 15 minutes.
You can grow the structure through the Visual Suite: cover, services, portfolio, pricing, and contact form, without deciding from scratch “which blocks belong on this page.” Fairly: if you only need a traffic or sales Landing Page, Taplink usually wins on speed and price. If you need a full brand-website experience, Kanorio’s AI draft is closer to “a runnable website skeleton in one pass.”
Kanorio also includes a multi-link page on the same website: profile, showcase wall, brand colors, and light/dark mode are all there, and for most brands it is more than enough. Constrained is not the same as crude. The boundary still needs to be clear: this page cannot host forms, payments, or a CRM. If a visitor needs to fill something out or pay, they go to a brand page or another tool. It is a tight social entry that matches the website’s look—not a same-price Landing Page conversion tool. If conversion has to happen on the traffic page, stay on Taplink. Only when you want a brand website, forms live as on-site embeds, and you do not need checkout on the bio itself does it make more sense to host the bio on the same website.
Get found on Google, not only through social clicks
Social traffic matters. When the algorithm shifts and reach drops, visibility can drop with it. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is simple in practice: make it easier for Google and other search engines to understand and find your website, so people searching for your kind of service can see you.
Taplink publicly supports page Title and Meta Description, which helps basic search appearance. If you want to accumulate search assets through a full website structure over time, you usually also need a Sitemap, a multi-page content structure that is easier to index, and a publishing habit you can keep. Public reviews and docs often note: treat a traffic page as “a searchable brand website” with conservative expectations.
Kanorio handles a lot of the basics for you: search titles and descriptions (Meta), a Sitemap, and a site structure that is easier to index. You do not have to learn a pile of technical terms first; you can edit search-preview text in the dashboard. These basics are available on the Free plan. See the SEO getting started guide for a gentler intro.
Custom domains may require a paid plan on both sides. The more useful difference is usually why the content exists: to convert social traffic, or to be found in search for years.
Build searchable content on your website
Content needs a place you can keep updating: service notes, FAQs, case studies, industry observations. Taplink is strong at routing, forms, and checkout. Its public product is not a long-term publishing platform, and it does not offer an equivalent built-in blog experience.
Kanorio includes a Blog. Posts go live on your brand domain, each with its own URL, which also helps search engines index them. You can run the website as a brand home and use articles to build a searchable content base at the same time. Public blog publishing and other advanced capabilities depend on the plan; see Pricing.
If you mostly publish on social today, or you only use a Landing Page for campaigns, a website blog fills in the long-term home people can still find after the campaign ends. A common setup: Taplink keeps handling real-time routing and forms; the Kanorio blog holds content that can be found and accumulated over time.
See who visited on day one
After you go live, you will want to know: how many people came? From where? Which pages did they view? Taplink provides page-view stats. Fuller click analytics are often tied to paid plans, and you can also connect Google Analytics or ad Pixels. Check the official docs.
Kanorio includes Analytics. On the Free plan you can already see website traffic reports, without installing a complex third-party tool just to understand visitors. The point is website-level data: where people came from, the paths they took, which pages they viewed—not only views or clicks on a single traffic page.
If you later need ads or more advanced tracking, you can also read how third-party tracking tools differ. For a first pass, see Analytics getting started.
AI-friendly websites and AI Visibility
More people now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, and similar tools “who should I hire” or “where can I find this.” A website that AI can read correctly becomes another discovery channel over time.
Kanorio offers AI-friendly capabilities (for example, helping AI tools read the important parts of your website) and AI Visibility Management (including tracking visits from AI bots). In plain terms: you are not only looking after Google Search; you are also looking after whether AI understands your brand correctly.
From public information, Taplink’s product focus is still traffic pages, forms, payments, and basic marketing integrations. We have not seen AI-friendly or AI Visibility features positioned the same way as Kanorio’s. Both products will keep changing; check each official site for current details.
HTTPS and protection built in, so you can focus on content
A brand website needs basic protection, but most non-technical users do not want to handle certificates and defense settings themselves. Kanorio includes Security: HTTPS / SSL certificates, DDoS protection, and other platform-level capabilities, so you can spend the energy on content and the business.
In plain terms: the URL visitors see in the browser is a secure connection, and the platform helps absorb common malicious traffic. Account and payment security have their own docs; start with the website security overview.
When you bind a custom domain, Taplink’s public docs say SSL is provided automatically, which helps a traffic page look professional. The more useful difference is usually what you are running: a traffic / sales Landing Page, or a full brand website. The latter makes you care more about whether website-level protection and compliance are built in, or whether you have to add a stack of extras yourself.
Multi-site management and team collaboration on the Free plan
Running more than one brand, more than one line of business, or inviting colleagues to edit content is common. Kanorio lets one account manage multiple websites, and you can invite teammates (by plan and permission). Related capabilities are available on the Free plan; see the current scope on the pricing page.
Taplink also offers Shared Access so more than one person can edit the same page, which is useful for a small team. The product cores differ: Taplink is closer to “run the traffic page well.” Kanorio’s growth path is “several independent brand websites,” so you do not hunt for a new tool every time you launch a brand.
If you want to sell digital products or service packages on the website, you can also look at Kanorio’s Online Store (see the feature page and Pricing for what is included). Fairly: Taplink is more mature—and more affordable—when the job is “checkout on the traffic page, lots of payment methods, plus forms / CRM.” Kanorio is a better fit when the sale should live on your own brand website. You can run both in parallel—keep social conversion on Taplink, and put website presence and content on Kanorio.

FAQ
Not necessarily. Taplink and Kanorio solve different problems, and they can sit side by side. If you want to be found on Google outside social, and you want a brand home you can grow, Kanorio is a strong complement. If you only need a traffic page, forms, and checkout, staying on Taplink is entirely reasonable.
Start with which capability you are buying. Taplink’s value is “a low-cost traffic page plus forms / checkout / CRM.” Kanorio’s multi-link page is more than enough for most brands, but it is not a same-price Landing Page tool—you cannot embed forms or payments on that page. If you want a conversion funnel, Taplink is usually still the better deal. If you want a searchable brand website, then bring Kanorio into the math.
Yes. A common setup: keep Taplink on the social profile so fans can quickly find links, fill a form, or pay; use Kanorio for the brand website—services, work, articles, and how to reach you. You can also put the Kanorio website on Taplink so interested people land on the full brand home.
If your need stops at “a low-cost traffic page plus forms / checkout,” Taplink’s value is often hard to beat. It is worth opening a second path when you start needing full brand pages, want to be found in search, want articles that accumulate, or want website-level traffic reports on the Free plan. What Kanorio’s Free plan covers is on the pricing page.
Kanorio is built to lower that bar. You fill in brand details, the system generates an editable first-draft website, and you adjust through modules. Most people can finish a usable first version in about 15 minutes. See the Visual Suite for details. If you only need a traffic page, Taplink is usually still faster. The two products start from different jobs.
Both use AI; the output is different. From public docs, Taplink AI mainly drafts the main page, then you add inner pages and blocks by hand—a good fit for a Landing Page in a hurry. Kanorio starts from a full brand-website draft, then you expand multi-page content with modules. If you want a campaign or traffic page, Taplink AI is very direct. If you want a website skeleton you can grow, Kanorio’s path is closer.
Kanorio has an Online Store for digital products, courses, and service packages (see the feature page and Pricing for what is available). Taplink is strong at checkout on the traffic page, many payment methods, and a 0% platform cut. If sales already run smoothly on Taplink, you do not need to move them. Use Kanorio for the brand website and content first, keep selling on Taplink, and run both.
“A lot of pages” and “a full brand website” are not the same thing. Taplink’s inner-page capacity is genuinely strong, and it fits multiple campaign pages, service explainers, or a small site. A full brand website usually also includes a search-friendly content structure, articles you can keep publishing, website-level Analytics, and information architecture aimed at long-term running rather than one conversion. If that second goal is yours, Kanorio lines up more closely. If the first goal is yours, Taplink already competes well.
Yes, and that is a very common path. You do not need a one-shot “move the whole site.” Start with the core Kanorio pages (Home, Services, Contact), add the website to Taplink, back up important copy and images yourself, then gradually move the content you want to grow onto the website and Blog.
