Campaigns are messages a site owner sends to many contacts at once, such as an email newsletter. Each send goes through Kanorio's messaging pipeline, which checks consent and suppression for every recipient.

How the APIs fit

  • Create and edit campaign drafts with the Management API, for example to let an assistant write next week's newsletter.
  • Sending and scheduling stay with a person in the dashboard. Tokens are never granted the send permission, so an agent cannot email your list on its own.
