Forms & Data Collection

Form definitions, protected submissions with file uploads, and automatic contact capture.

Available

Forms collect information from visitors: contact requests, applications, bookings of interest and surveys. Submissions are data, not orders.

Core objects

  • Forms. Questions, consent settings, availability windows and confirmation emails, built in the dashboard.
  • Submissions. Each visitor's answers and files, linked to the contact Kanorio creates or updates.

How the APIs fit

  • Show a form with <kanorio-form>, or build your own markup on the Content Delivery API's form endpoints, which handle bot protection and uploads.
  • Bot protection is the built-in proof-of-work check by default. The site owner can switch to their own Cloudflare Turnstile, Google reCAPTCHA or hCaptcha keys under Site settings › Bot protection; GET /site returns the choice as botProtection, and <kanorio-form> renders the right widget automatically.
  • Read submissions with the Management API.
  • The customers.form.submitted webhook pushes each submission to your systems.
