These terms apply to Kanorio's Education Offer. They are additional terms under our Terms of Service and apply on top of them for this offer only. If these terms conflict with our Terms of Service, these terms apply for this offer.
1. The Offer
Eligible users get 50% off the first annual payment of a Pro or Business plan. Renewals are charged at the then-current full price.
2. Who Is Eligible
You are eligible if, at the time you claim the offer, you have an active email address issued by an eligible educational institution. For primary and secondary schools, the offer is available to staff only. You must also meet the age requirement in our Terms of Service.
3. How We Verify Eligibility
We may verify your eligibility. Verification includes a one-time code sent to your institutional email address. After you verify, you must start your annual plan payment within 72 hours, or verify again. We handle personal data used for verification in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If we cannot verify your eligibility, we may remove the offer from your account. We may also remove the offer if we reasonably believe you gave inaccurate information to obtain it. Where practical, we will contact you first so you can respond.
4. What Is Included
The offer covers the Pro or Business plan subscription only. It does not cover payment processing fees, messaging fees, domain registrations or renewals, add-ons, or any other purchase. Anything you buy outside the plan subscription is charged as normal.
5. One Offer per Person
The offer can be redeemed once per institutional email address and once per Kanorio account, and is personal to you. It cannot be transferred or combined with other Kanorio offers or discounts on the same payment. If you cancel or are refunded, the offer cannot be reactivated. Re-verifying your status does not reset the offer.
6. Misuse
We may remove the offer, or suspend or terminate an account, if we reasonably believe the offer is misused. Examples of misuse include multiple accounts held by the same person, or use of an email address that does not belong to you.
7. Changes to the Offer
We may modify, suspend, or withdraw the offer, or change these terms, at any time.

Your use of Kanorio is governed by our Terms of Service, Content Guidelines, and Privacy Policy.
