レビューと評価
商品の星評価とレビュー機能。モデレーション、ストアからの返信、レビューのインポートに対応しています。
レビュー機能では、顧客が購入した商品に対して評価や感想を記述できます。レビューは特定の対象を指し、その対象には集計された評価と表示設定のみが保存されます。
コアオブジェクト
- レビュー: 検証済みの購入者による評価とテキスト、またはインポートされたレビューです。購入者のレビューは承認または拒否されます。インポートされたレビューは削除も可能です。
- 返信: レビューに対するストア側の公開回答です。
- 設定: 商品ごとの設定です。レビューの有効・無効、表示しきい値、開始時の過去の評価などを設定します。
APIの役割
- 公開されたレビューや評価の概要は Content Delivery API で読み取るか、
<kanorio-reviews>および<kanorio-rating>を使用してレンダリングします。 - 顧客は Customer API を通じて自身のレビューを作成・編集できます。
- モデレーション、返信、インポート、設定の変更は Management API で行います。
- Webhooks は、レビューの送信、公開、返信を報告します。

- Build the feed from Delivery GET /reviews yourself. The feed has minimum-count, language, low-rating and verification policies that are easy to violate; Kanorio guarantees imported reviews are never marked verified so your feed stays compliant.

- reviews.reject exists for content that breaks your rules. Filtering by rating is prohibited by the FTC Consumer Reviews Rule (2024) and UK CMA guidance, so there is no such option.
