メッセージングとリーチ
トランザクションメール、チーム通知、カスタム送信ドメイン、チャネルごとの同意管理を単一の配信パイプラインで提供します。
メッセージングは、注文確認、フォーム確認、コース通知、チームアラートなど、他のプロダクトが送信を決定した内容を配信します。各プロダクトが通知のタイミングを決定し、メッセージングはそれらを確実に配信するとともに、同意および配信停止の設定を尊重します。
APIの役割
- 管理画面で送信ドメイン、チームの受信者、通知内容を設定します。
- Automation を使用して、イベント発生時にメッセージを送信します。
- 送信ドメインの評価低下、クォータの不足、またはチームの送信先が無効になった場合に、Webhooksが警告を通知します。
現在、メッセージングに関するManagement APIの操作はありません。

Webhook イベント
- customers.sendingDomain.degraded · Fired when a verified custom sender domain fails DNS verification and campaign sending is paused.
- customers.messagingQuota.alert · Fired when monthly messaging quota is exhausted, auto-upgraded, or add-on billing fails.
- customers.teamDestination.disabled · Fired when a team notification destination (webhook or email) is automatically paused after repeated delivery failures.
