訊息與觸及
透過單一傳送管道，整合交易郵件、團隊通知、自訂寄件者網域與各通路的同意設定。
訊息功能負責傳送其他產品所決定的內容：訂單確認、表單確認、課程通知與團隊提醒。每個產品會自行決定何時發送通知；訊息功能則負責可靠地傳送，並遵守同意設定與抑制規則。
API 如何運作
- 在後台設定寄件者網域、團隊收件人與通知內容。
- 使用 自動化 (Automation) 在事件發生時發送訊息。
- 當寄件網域品質下降、配額不足或團隊目的地被停用時，Webhooks 會發出警告。
目前 Messaging 沒有提供 Management API 操作。

Webhook 事件
- customers.sendingDomain.degraded · Fired when a verified custom sender domain fails DNS verification and campaign sending is paused.
- customers.messagingQuota.alert · Fired when monthly messaging quota is exhausted, auto-upgraded, or add-on billing fails.
- customers.teamDestination.disabled · Fired when a team notification destination (webhook or email) is automatically paused after repeated delivery failures.
