거래 및 주문 처리(Fulfillment)

호스팅된 체크아웃, 주문, 결제, 영수증, 재고 및 배송을 단일 거래 코어에서 관리합니다.

사용 가능

주문은 고객이 구매한 내역과 결제 금액을 기록합니다. 체크아웃은 Kanorio가 호스팅하는 체크아웃 페이지에서 실행되며, 결제 및 영수증 처리를 완료한 후 고객을 프론트엔드로 다시 안내합니다.

핵심 객체

  • 주문(Orders): 품목, 총액, 고객 정보, 결제 및 주문 처리 상태를 포함합니다.
  • 거래(Transactions): 주문에 대한 결제 및 환불 내역입니다.
  • 주문 처리(Fulfillment): 실물 상품에 대한 배송 및 디지털 상품에 대한 접근 권한 부여를 의미합니다.

API 활용 방법

  • 구매 버튼을 return_to URL과 함께 호스팅된 체크아웃 페이지에 연결합니다. 결제가 완료되면 연결된 권한이 자동으로 부여됩니다.
  • Management API를 사용하여 주문 정보를 읽고, Customer API를 통해 고객이 자신의 주문 내역과 영수증을 직접 확인할 수 있도록 합니다.
  • Webhooks는 결제 완료, 환불, 배송 상태 변경을 보고하며, 추적 가능한 operationId를 제공합니다.

환불은 관리 화면에서 직접 수행합니다. 토큰에는 환불 권한이 부여되지 않습니다.

Webhook 이벤트

  • ec.order.paid · Fired when an order payment succeeds and is captured.
  • ec.shipment.statusChanged · Fired when a shipment status transitions (in transit, arrived at store, delivered, or exception).
  • ec.order.refunded · Fired once per successful refund (partial or full, issued from the dashboard, at the payment provider, or by a lost chargeback) with the refunded lines and the order's refund status after it.
