상품에 대한 별점 및 리뷰 기능입니다. 모데레이션, 스토어 답글, 리뷰 가져오기 기능을 지원합니다.

일부

리뷰 기능을 통해 고객은 구매한 상품에 대해 평점을 매기고 후기를 작성할 수 있습니다. 리뷰는 특정 대상을 가리키며, 해당 대상에는 집계된 평점과 표시 설정만 저장됩니다.

핵심 객체

  • 리뷰: 인증된 구매자가 작성한 평점과 텍스트, 또는 가져온 리뷰입니다. 구매자 리뷰는 승인되거나 거부될 수 있으며, 가져온 리뷰는 삭제할 수도 있습니다.
  • 답글: 리뷰에 대한 스토어의 공개 답변입니다.
  • 설정: 상품별 설정입니다. 리뷰 사용 여부, 표시 임계값, 시작 시 기준이 되는 과거 평점 등을 설정합니다.

API 활용 방법

  • Content Delivery API를 사용하여 게시된 리뷰와 평점 요약을 읽거나, <kanorio-reviews> 및 <kanorio-rating>을 사용하여 렌더링할 수 있습니다.
  • 고객은 Customer API를 통해 자신의 리뷰를 작성하고 수정할 수 있습니다.
  • Management API를 사용하여 모데레이션, 답글 작성, 리뷰 가져오기 및 설정 변경을 수행합니다.
  • Webhooks는 리뷰 제출, 게시 및 답글 작성에 대한 알림을 보고합니다.

    Reviews are text plus a 1–5 rating. Media moderation and abuse handling have no staffing model yet; if added later, images go through the media ledger like any other asset.

    A single pending queue: approve or reject. Same reasoning as the content primitive, which has no multi-step approval.

    Each target (product, service) has its own list and aggregate. A mixed wall blends ratings of unrelated items, which UK CMA guidance treats as potentially misleading.

    Build the feed from Delivery GET /reviews yourself. The feed has minimum-count, language, low-rating and verification policies that are easy to violate; Kanorio guarantees imported reviews are never marked verified so your feed stays compliant.

    reviews.reject exists for content that breaks your rules. Filtering by rating is prohibited by the FTC Consumer Reviews Rule (2024) and UK CMA guidance, so there is no such option.

  • reviews.submitted · Fired when a buyer submits or edits a review (it is pending moderation).
  • reviews.published · Fired when a review becomes public: approved by the store, or imported.
  • reviews.replied · Fired when the store posts or replaces its public reply to a review.
