評論與評分

商品星級評分與文字評論，支援審核、商店回覆與匯入評論功能。

評論讓顧客能夠針對購買的商品進行評分與描述。評論會指向其目標對象，而目標對象僅儲存總體評分與顯示設定。

核心物件

評論 (Reviews)： 來自已驗證買家的評分與文字，或是匯入的評論。買家評論可進行核准或拒絕；匯入的評論亦可刪除。
回覆 (Replies)： 商店針對評論公開的回應。
設定 (Settings)： 針對每個商品：是否啟用評論、顯示門檻以及起始的歷史評分。

API 如何運作

使用 Content Delivery API 讀取已發佈的評論與評分摘要，或使用 <kanorio-reviews> 與 <kanorio-rating> 進行渲染。
顧客透過 Customer API 撰寫與編輯自己的評論。
使用 Management API 進行審核、回覆、匯入與變更設定。
Webhooks 會回報已提交、已發佈與已回覆的評論。

Reviews are text plus a 1–5 rating. Media moderation and abuse handling have no staffing model yet; if added later, images go through the media ledger like any other asset.
Multi-step moderation workflows and reviewer assignment不提供

A single pending queue: approve or reject. Same reasoning as the content primitive, which has no multi-step approval.
Store-wide mixed review wall不提供

Each target (product, service) has its own list and aggregate. A mixed wall blends ratings of unrelated items, which UK CMA guidance treats as potentially misleading.
Google Product Ratings feed generation不提供
替代做法
Build the feed from Delivery GET /reviews yourself. The feed has minimum-count, language, low-rating and verification policies that are easy to violate; Kanorio guarantees imported reviews are never marked verified so your feed stays compliant.
Hiding or auto-rejecting reviews by star rating不提供
替代做法
reviews.reject exists for content that breaks your rules. Filtering by rating is prohibited by the FTC Consumer Reviews Rule (2024) and UK CMA guidance, so there is no such option.
