預約功能讓顧客能預訂人員、房間或設備的時間。預約本身即為一項記錄：免費預約不會建立訂單，而付費預約則會以保留項目的形式加入結帳流程，並設有過期時間。

## 規劃中的功能

- **資源與可用性。** 包含工作時間、緩衝時間與容量的人員、房間與設備。
- **保留機制。** 當顧客進行付款時，預約時段會被保留；若未完成付款，系統將自動釋放該時段。
- **變更。** 重新安排、取消與未出席將遵循該預約服務所設定的政策。
- **自訂付款。** 若前端在其他地方處理付款，可使用其專屬的 operation id 來確認保留。
