點數（Credits）用於記錄顧客未來可使用的額度：包括忠誠點數、商店儲值額以及預付套票（例如十堂課卡）。每項餘額變動僅能透過帳本分錄進行，確保每一筆發放、使用、退款與過期紀錄均可追蹤。

## 規劃內容

- **三種餘額類型。** 點數、貨幣儲值額與套票為獨立資產。點數不視為貨幣，儲值額亦非折扣。
- **單一帳本。** 餘額為所有僅供附加（append-only）分錄的總和，且最舊的點數會優先過期。
- **連結而非複製。** 當使用點數時，訂單與預約將參照帳本分錄，而非儲存各自的餘額。
