# 预约、资源与可用性

预约功能让顾客能预订人员、房间或设备的时间。预约本身即为一项记录：免费预约不会创建订单，而付费预约则会以保留项目的形式加入结账流程，并设有过期时间。

## 规划中的功能

- **资源与可用性。** 包含工作时间、缓冲时间与容量的人员、房间与设备。
- **保留机制。** 当顾客进行付款时，预约时段会被保留；若未完成付款，系统将自动释放该时段。
- **变更。** 重新安排、取消与未出席将遵循该预约服务所设定的政策。
- **自定义付款。** 若前端在其他地方处理付款，可使用其专属的 operation id 来确认保留。
